教学过程

一、热身(Warm-up)

1.师生问候。 2.Say the chant: Cycling, cycling, Go cycling.

Go.cycling in the park. Swimming, swimming, Go swimming.

Go swimming in the pool. Football, football, Play football.

Play football in the playground. Badminton, badminton, Play badminton.

Play badminton in the gym.

活动方式:要求学生边说chant,边做动作。 二、复习(Revision)

1.全班抽读单词或词组:dining hall,grass,gym,ago,cycling,go cycling,ice-skate,badminton。 2.活动:小记者在行动

活动方式:学生四人一组,三人扮演记者以学校或家庭的今昔变化轮番向一人提问。如:

QI: How many people are there in your family?

S: There are four. They are my father, my mother, my sister and me. Q2: How many people were there ten years ago?

S: There were four, too. They were my parents and grandparents. Q3: Where did they live?

S: They lived in an old house. There were two bedrooms and a kitchen in it. Q4: Where do you live now?

S: We live in a new house. It has two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms,a kitchen,a dining room and a living room. 三、新课呈现( Presentation)

1.教学单词race,cheetah和句子There were many animals in that race.

教师出示动物赛跑的图片并介绍:This is a race. There were many animals in that race. The cheetah is the fastest of all.板书:race,cheetah和句子There were many animals in that race.先让学生说说这两个单词的意思并引导学生拼读,然后让学生说说句子的意思。

2.教学单词thought,felt,woke,trip和句子But suddenly he tripped and fell.

(1)教师出示单词:think,feel,wake,让学生说说这些动词的意思。然后告诉学生这些动词的过去式都是不规则变化的,边说边将板书补充成:think-thought,feel-felt,wake-woke,并带读这六个单词。 (2)教师板书:trip,让学生说说单词的意思。告诉学生:trip作为名词时意为“旅行”,作为动词时意为“绊倒”,它的过去式是规则变化的。让学生说说该单词的过击式,教师根据学生回答将板书补充为:trip-tripped。教师出示课文的插图说:He was in the race. But suddenly he tripped and fell.教师板书:But suddenly he tripped and fell.让学生说出该句子的意思后,师带读。
