ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to the problem of smoking and health, how to improve the quality of cigarette products, reducing cigarette tar, reduce the adverse effects of smoking on health has been an important part of the tobacco industry. To the present domestic and foreign situation, logistics automation control system based on PLC has been more and more important for the tobacco enterprises.
Because of its important significance: 1 ensure the tobacco enterprise product quality. 2 mechanisms and properties help to study natural alcoholization of tobacco. 3 can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the management difficulty and some other operating costs, such as human resource cost etc.. 4 can effectively improve the safety factor of production.
This study is targeted at high production efficiency improve logistics control system of tobacco enterprises in production can be brought. The control system is divided into: data management, centralized monitoring and control layer, process control layer and control layer. The control system also includes a batch task management, centralized monitoring, production reports and statistics, control equipment, motor protection can even alarm in the crisis emergency power-off, online diagnosis, frequency control, many practical and efficient function. These functions contribute to the tobacco enterprises to improve production efficiency, reduce the cost of enterprises, make enterprises more competitive in the market.
The system main control PLC and field control station uses distributed I\\/O structure site communication, on-site control stations are respectively arranged in the vicinity of the corresponding equipment, connecting the industrial switch through the star network topology. The field control layer also support serial communication based on PROFIBUS and TCP\\/UDP PROFINET protocol, greatly expanding the flexibility and reliability of the system, reducing the amount of on-site laying cable, reducing the construction cost.
