第1章 设计背景

1.1工程概况

盘锦市二界沟渔港工程位于辽东湾北部,辽河口与双台子河口之间的海岸线。

1.2设计原则

(一) 总体设计符合国家、地方经济发展规划和总体部署,遵循国家和行业有关工程建设法规、政策和规定。

(二) 结合国情,采用成熟的技术、设备和材料,使工程设计安全可靠、使用方便、工程量少、总造价低、施工进度快,获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。

(三) 注重工程区域生态环境保护,不占用土地,方便管理,节省投资。

1.3设计依据

主要遵循交通部《高桩码头设计与施工规范》、《渔港总平面设计规范》、《港口工程荷载规范》、《港口工程混凝土结构设计规范》、《港口工程桩基规范》、《港口水工建筑物》、《海港工程设计手册》、《建筑结构静力计算手册》、《港口规划与布置》、《工程水文学》、《水工钢筋混凝土学》、《水运工程抗震设计规范》等。

1.4设计任务

(1) 设计内容 1)渔港总平面布置;

2)卸鱼码头结构设计(桩式结构); 3)结构计算;

4)完成设计说明书,计算书; 5)完成施工图

6)完成配筋图等图纸的绘制。 (2) 提交成果

1)设计说明书和计算书,毕业设计摘要(汉译英),约300~600字左右(限一页); 2)码头结构设计图纸,断面图,平面图投影正确;

3)外文翻译,翻译与本专业毕业设计(论文)相关的外文资料,不少于2000汉字,并附原文。

(3) 质量要求

1)研究报告内容完整,表述清晰,公式、图表齐全,必须按学校统一格式和要求装订。

2)用绘制结构设计图纸,图纸要符合工程绘图规范要求,尺度齐全,布局合理,信息充足。

3)毕业设计、论文要规范化。

盘锦市二界沟渔港位于辽东湾北部,辽河口与双台子河口之间的海岸线,地理坐标东经121°57′20″,北纬40°48′30″.

2.2气象条件

(1)气温 年平均气温 8.6℃

月平均最高气温 28.1℃, 出现在7月份 月平均最低气温 -14.7℃,出现在1月份 极端最高气温 35℃(1955年7月25日) 极端最低气温 -29.3℃(1964年2月3日) (2)降水

本地区集中降水月份为7~8月份

年平均降水量 645.3mm

年最大降水量 985.0mm(1995年) 年最小降水量 364.2mm(1978年) 一日最大降水量 219.3mm(1957年) (3)风况

本港区风况呈季节性变化,每年4月5月风速较大,平均风速5.5米每秒,8月9月风速较小,风俗一般在3.4米每秒左右。

历史该地区台风发生的次数较少,每次风力在7级到8级,最大风速为26.0,米每秒。 本地区多年各向最大风速及风向频率分布情况见表1,据此绘出最大风速及风向频率玫瑰图。由玫瑰图可知,本地区常风向为SSW、NNE,强风向为SSW、NNE、NE、SE。结合港区地形图,可确定本港常风向与强风向均为SSW。

(4)冰清

本港平均结冰日数为90天,结冰初日为11月末,消冰日为翌年3月初。结冰期港内渔船基本上坞。无渔船作业。

(5)雾况

本港历年平均雾日为14.5日,月平均雾日为1.2天。雾持续最长时间为2天,大多数在一天左右

(6)相对湿度 平均相对湿度 66%

每年7月8月相随湿度较高,可达80%~81% 每年的2月3月相对湿度较低,在56%~57%左右。

2.3水文条件

(1)潮汐和海流

本区潮汐类型为不规则半日潮型,多年平均潮差为2.64米,最大潮差为4.40米。平均涨潮历时4小时28分,平均落潮历时7小时16分。
