Abstract

本设计长岛盛业住宅项目7#楼建筑给排水工程设计 1.2:目的和作用:

培养提高学生综合运用在校所学的基础理论、基础知识和基础技能解决工程实际问题的能力,以达到总结、巩固扩大和深化所学的知识;培养和调动学生学习的主动性和积极性;激发学生创新精神;使学生进一步了解我国基本建设方面的政策,提高学生对国家建设的责任感。通过毕业设计的综合训练,培养提高学生调查研究、查阅文献、收集运用知识的能力;综合分析、制定设计方案的能力;并进一步培养提高学生的计算。绘图、运用工具书和编写说明书的技能,以及运用计算机计算、绘图和进行外语翻译的能力。

1.3:设计任务 1.3.1:任务:

完成该住宅楼的建筑给水排水工程设计,具体分为五部分:

① 建筑给水系统; ② 建筑消防、喷淋系统; ③ 建筑热水系统; ④ 建筑污废水系统; ⑤ 建筑雨水系统; 1.3.2深度:

1、 设计深度为初步设计,要求达到建设部1992年《建筑工程设计文件编制深度的规定》的要求。

2、 卫生间大样达到施工图深度的要求。 1.4 设计要求

1.4.1学生在教师指导下,按时独立完成所规定的设计内容和工作量,同

时满足以下几项要求:

1)通过阅读中外文献、调查研究与收集有关资料,掌握国内外该领域的新技术。

2)熟读和掌握与建筑给水排水有关的设计规范和设计资料,能在设计做到中灵活应用。

3)拟定设计方案,再经过综合技术分析,选择技术上先进、经济上合理的设计方案。

4)阅读至少5000字外文文献,且完成外文翻译并附于已完成的论文之后。 1.4.2 格式与图件要求

(1)设计说明书(论文)要求

应包括建筑给排水工程设计的主要原始资料、方案比较及各系统的设备选型分析、说明、参数选择、设计计算与有关的计算简图等。要求系统完整、计算正确、论述简洁明了、层次清楚、文理通顺、书写工整。

设计说明书应包括下列内容:封页,扉页,中英文摘要和关键词,目录,正文,参考文献,附录,致谢。

设计说明书(论文)用纸为A4纸,原则上要求手工书写,不得计算机打印。要求书写工整、规范,画插图认真,图面清晰(不得徒手画图),设计说明书中的公式、图、表须分别统一编号。

(2)制图要求

设计图纸应能准确表达设计意图,力求图面布局合理、紧凑、正确清晰、符合国家有关制图标准、专业规范及有关规定。最终的设计程度应达到初步设计的要求。

设计图纸包括计算机绘制和手工绘制两部分。
