大众迈腾汽车制动故障诊断及排除
【内容摘要】汽车是目前应用最广泛的交通工具,我们在日常中发现汽车在行驶中常会出现制动不良、制动拖滞、制动跑偏等制动故障。制动系统是汽车最重要的安全装置之一,一旦出现故障,若不及时排除,会造成难以想象的后果。本文主要是以大众迈腾为例,阐述了各种故障现象、故障原因和诊断,对从事汽车维修人员一定有借鉴意义。

绪论
使行驶中的汽车减速甚至停车,使下坡行驶的汽车速度保持稳定,以及使已停驶的汽车保持不动,这些作用统称为汽车制动。汽车制动系是指在汽车上设置的一套(或多套)能由驾驶员控制的、产生与汽车行驶方向相反外力的专门装置。其作用是:使行驶中的汽车按照驾驶员的要求进行适时减速、停车或驻车,以及保持汽车下坡行驶速度的稳定性。
在日常使用中,常会遇到制动系故障,若不及时排除,将严重影响到行车安全。所以要解决好制动故障,我们必须了解其的故障分类及故障原因并有针对作出故障分析通过诊断和查找故障原因方可有效排除故障。
