Abstract£ºObjective understand the impact of antibiotics on microbial growth, learn basic methods of spectrum

antimicrobial testing; design independently, master evaluate effects of chemical agents to kill suppression methods; grasp evaluate effects of chemical agents to kill suppression methods. Methods This experiment measured use pour bacterial suspension concentration, filter paper assay antibiotic minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the effect of pH on the effects of antibiotics and t-test of the experimental results were analyzed statistically. Results The tests used Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis bacteria suspension concentration was 1.3?107CFU/mL, 7.1?107 CFU / mL. Escherichia coli kanamycin, ampicillin and tetracycline MIC was 0.006 mg / mL, 0.098 mg / mL and 0.781mg/mL. Bacillus subtilis, kanamycin, ampicillin and tetracycline MIC was 0.024 mg / mL, 0.391 mg / mL and 0.195mg/mL; kanamycin killing effect on E. coli, Bacillus subtilis for the inhibition of E. coli tetracycline inhibition of Bacillus subtilis to kill, penicillin is the inhibition of Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli occur due to resistance, so the role of Escherichia coli penicillin is not obvious. Conclusions For the same drug, a low concentration of drug suppression kill little effect on bacteria and with the increasing concentration of its suppression kill more and more obvious effect; same drug in the same concentration of

different suppression kill bacteria have different effects; different agents of the same suppression of bacterial killing effects are different.
