基于PLC的玻璃造型生产线控制系统的设计

摘要:根据控制系统的控制要求,完成玻璃造型生产线的控制系统设计,

即在玻璃生产过程中,需要对生产出的纵向运动的板材进行定尺寸切割,并且切割是精确定尺寸的,这就要求在对运动板材测量的同时进行快速准确的切割。

在该课题的设计中,主要包括控制系统的主电路设计、控制电路设计、控制系统控制程序设计、HMI人机界面的编程与组态以及光电编码器的选型与应用。

设计一种基于PLC的玻璃造型生产线控制系统。硬件方面:系统采用PLC为中心控制器,通过旋转编码器测得各方向电机的旋转频率并转换为高速计数脉冲送入PLC中进行计数运算可获得刀具或水平台行进的精确位移量,将其与设定的初值相比较,当达到设定值时PLC复位相应的方向电机线圈使其停车,输出高电平使切割电动机工作以实现精准切割。系统的操作控制、实时数据的采集和动作过程的监视、各种参数的显示和设定,由挂接在PLC上的人机界面来实现。软件方面:根据设计的思想进行了实现系统功能的梯形图的设计,并利用S7-200的STEP-Micro/WIN编程软件进行编程,它可以方便地在Windows环境下对PLC进行编程、调试、监控,且编程方便、快捷。

Abstract : According to the control requirements of the control system, control system design of the finished glass molding line, namely in the glass production process, need sheet on longitudinal motion produced by fixed

The operation control of the system, various parameters acquisition and action process monitoring, real-time data display and set, by hanging in the PLC on the human-machine interface to achieve. Software design: according to the idea of the design of ladder diagram to realize the function of the system, and the use of S7-200 programming STEP-Micro/WIN programming software, it can be easily in the environment of Windows PLC programming, debugging, monitoring, and convenient for programming, and fast.
