印染废水

河海大学环境工程专业毕业设计

摘 要

本设计为南通市某印染公司废水处理,该公司主要从事布的漂洗加工,生产过程中产生生产废水(包括退浆废水、煮炼废水、漂白废水、丝光废水和染色废水等)及少量的生活污水,日排放量6000t。该类废水具有COD较高、可生化性较低、色度较高、废水悬浮物浓度较高等特点,且污水中污染物的形成成分复杂,水质波动大,是工业废水中比较难处理的废水类型之一。如果直接排放水体或者处理不当将会对人类的生产、生活造成严重的影响。公司计划新建污水处理站1座,要求处理后达到《江苏省纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(DB 32/670-2004)》的一级标准。本设计针对该类水质特点,在详细方案比较的基础上,选择了水解酸化- 接触氧化- 混凝工艺,其处理效果明显优于传统工艺,对BOD、COD、SS有很好的处理效果,并具有能耗低、产泥量少的特点,且剩余污泥可直接脱水。沉淀池后设置混凝沉淀池,作为三级处理,可获得较好的出水水质,使废水达标排放。

其处理工艺流程如下: 鼓风曝气

印染废水→格栅→调节池→水解酸化池→生物接触氧化→沉淀池→混凝→终沉池→出水

Abstract

The design for a printing company in Nantong city wastewater treatment, rinsing process of the company is mainly engaged in the production of cloth, the production process of waste water (including the desizing wastewater, scouring wastewater, bleaching, mercerizing and dyeing wastewater wastewater wastewater etc.) and a small amount of domestic sewage, the emissions of 6000t. This kind of wastewater with high COD, low biodegradability, high chroma, effluent suspended solids concentration higher characteristic, and the formation of pollutants in wastewater complicated composition, variation of water quality, is one of the industrial waste water difficult to deal with waste water type. If the direct discharge of water production, life or improper handling will cause serious effect on human. The company plans to build sewage treatment station 1, require treatment to \province textile dyeing and finishing of industrial water pollutant discharge standards\32/670-2004) to the first class standard. This design for the water quality characteristics, based on the detailed scheme comparison, chose the hydrolysis acidification - contact oxidation - coagulation process, the treatment effect is obviously superior to the traditional process, has good treatment effect on BOD, COD, SS, and has the characteristics of low energy consumption, less sludge, and the remaining sludge can be directly dehydration. The sedimentation tank is arranged after the coagulation sedimentation tank, as a three level processing, can get better water quality, wastewater discharge standards.
