拆胎机总体结构论文
[摘要]我国汽车的检测与设备维修的发展趋势可以说是前景广阔,其主要原因有两个,第一作为人类乘人或运货主要工具的汽车市场占有情况将随着社会的不断进步与人们生活水平的不断提高由大幅度增加,尤其在我国汽车已经进入家庭的条件下,需要更多的满足现代汽车技术要求,满足社会经济承受能力的汽车维修与检测设备;第二,随着汽车数量的逐年增加,社会和国家将会对汽车维修与检测提出更高的要求,以保证每个人生命和财产的安全,保证对能源尽量小的消耗和维护人类社会环境的生态平衡。
在汽车检测与维修中,拆胎机又叫扒胎机。扒胎机作为一种必需的、便捷的维修工具已经出现在每一家汽车维修店内,扒胎机高效率特点和不伤胎的特点使它在汽车维修业中具有越来越必须的地位,并且渐渐成为每个维修店所不可或缺的工具。扒胎机的广泛使用,不但提高了维修店修理汽车的工作效率,而且在轮胎拆装中拆胎时可以最大可能地保护了车轮与轮胎的完好。最近几年,我国机动车与驾驶人以极快的速度增长,近五年来,机动车平均每年增加1500多万辆,驾驶人平均每年增加2000多万人。到2014年底,全国机动车保有量达到2.64亿辆,其中汽车占有1.54亿辆;机动车驾驶人超过3亿人,其中汽车的驾驶人已经超过了2.46亿人。大中型汽车检测维修与保养美容公司大约有百万余家 ,而小型的维修店则多的数不胜数,甚至超过千万。而且政府将会随着城市汽车数量的增加,对汽车的维修与检测设备提出更高的要求,从这里可以看出来,扒胎机的发展前景是非常广阔的。 本论文可分为三个部分: (1)
车轮拆胎机的使用方式及设计方案。这台扒胎机包括拆胎、装胎、充气,其主要工作的部件包括卡爪和拆装头,卡盘的转动是由电机向卡盘直接提供动力,卡爪的夹紧、松开等动作均是由气压系统向卡爪提供动力支持。

通过在汽车厂实习得到了一些前辈的建议和意见,以及在网络和图书馆查阅有关资料,使用滚轮拆除轮胎,安装轮胎和轮胎气压在三个领域可以划分,与如下的各个方面进行分析。
1.1.1. 拆除轮胎
(1) 将所有的空气从平衡除去,延边缘的外边缘的轮胎(图2.1); (2)将轮胎放置由铲和橡胶轮胎的分离,从而使铲块放在轮胎与轮缘之间,则踩下踏板,使轮毂和轮胎进行分离(参见图2.2);;
