2007级KMBA研究生班 民办幼儿园规范化管理探索

进入二十一世纪,经济全球化已经成为一种趋势。中国幼教市场福利色彩逐渐消失,学前教育随之产业化、全球化,竞争日趋激烈,生源逐年萎缩,所有不同体制的幼儿园,都面临生存的压力。尤其是以自筹资金、自负盈亏的民办幼儿园首当其冲。民办幼儿园应如何把握时代的机遇,不断提高自身素质及竞争力,使之立于不败之地。笔者认为:探索一条民办幼儿园依法办学,规范管理的生存发展之路,尤为迫切。

论文包括绪论,共九部分,分别为:

第一章:绪论部分简要阐述了选题的依据和意义,介绍了论文的研究方法,以及论文的主要内容与基本框架。

第二章:进行了国内外论文回顾与综述。其中回顾了中国民办教育的优良传统,展望了各国幼教发展的启示。

第三章:进行了基础理论的综述,包括企业规范化管理及幼儿园规范管理理论的相通及借鉴,企业战略理论、竞争战略理论、人力资本理论在幼儿园的运用综述等。

第四章:简述了民办幼儿园的发展及趋势,其中介绍了民办幼儿园的界定、性质、地位和作用。回顾了民办幼儿园的兴起和简述了今后民办园发展的趋势。

第五章:实证分析:战略规划运用于民办园。以新兴苑幼儿园为例,采用民SWOT方法,分析了幼儿园的内、外部环境,确定了幼儿园的经营战略为ST(多元化战略)。

第六章:分析了民办园运作管理实施流程的规范化的实例,并介绍某园的教育、保育工作常规标准化、流程规范化的做法。

第七章:通过民办园组织行为管理现状的调查,了解了民办园组织行为管理的现状,介绍了组织结构设置及岗位说明书的设置实例。

第八章:分析了幼儿园的岗位角色管理策略,介绍了民办园薪酬管理及岗位角色培养,使用及稳定方面的实证

第九章:对我国民办幼儿园规范化管理及现状进行了结论,并总结了研究贡献、研究局限及后续研究建议。

本文致力于民办园规范化管理的研究,在应用理论方面,以往有关民办园的管理在办园准入、管理、监督机制方面,大部分只停留在“必须做”的层面上,很少有对民办园在创办、筹建、办学思路及战略规范、内部管理机制方面“怎样做”进行深入研究的。本文的有关研究,介绍了战略、运作、经营管理理论在民办园的适用及运用。围绕着民办园现行管理中的战略思想、人力资源管理、目标管理等状况进行了思考探索,一定程度了弥补了民办园管理应用理论的缺乏。

通过分析,可以发现,目前民办园的整体发展水平非常不均衡,明显低于有几十年办学管理经验的公办园,竞争力不足,本文的一些实例可以为民办园的规范化管理提供参考和依据,对民办园生存和发展问题有一定的借鉴参考意义,同时也可以使作为个体的幼儿园发现自身的阻力,找到差距,便可以制定一系列的有效措施与计划,达到消除或减弱影响民办幼儿园发展瓶颈的目的。

由于本论文从实践出发,综合了部分民办园的管理实例,具有一定的借鉴及操作性。对于民办园今后规范化管理的发展,笔者从政府及教育行政主管部门及民办园的投资及管理者两方面提出建设性的意见供参考,希望能对民办园的可持续性发展,增强竞争实力,立于不败之地,做出点滴贡献。

ABSTRACT

In the twenty-first century, economic globalization has become a trend. Welfare of chinese market benefits for preschool gradually disappeared. pre-school education has becoming industrialized, globalized, competition increased. New students are less and less by years. All these systems of kindergarten, especially self-financing, self-financing private kindergarten are facing the pressure of survival. How the private kindergartens to grasp the opportunity to continuously improve their own quality and competitiveness to make it invincible. This article believes that it is particularly urgent for private kindergartens to exploring a development road of standardize management. The Papers includes a introduction and nine parts.

Chapter I: Introduction section briefly describes the basis and significance of topics, and introduces research methods and the basic framework of the main content.

Chapter II: Conducting a review and synthesis papers at home and abroad. Recalling the fine tradition of private education in China and looking forward to the development of the revelation of national preschool education.

Chapter III: Conducting an overview of the basic theory, which including Standardization Management, kindergarten standard management theory , business strategy theory, theory of competitive strategy, human capital theory, the use of synthesis in kindergarten and so on.

Chapter IV: A brief introduction of developments and trends for private kindergartens, which includes the definition of private kindergartens, nature, status and role. Recalling the rise of private kindergartens and outlineing the future development trend of private garden.

Chapter V: Taking Xinxingyuan kindergarten as a example, using the public SWOT analyze the internal and external environment of the kindergarten to determine the business strategy of kindergarten ST (diversification strategy).

Chapter VI: Analysis of the standardized operation and management of the examples. Introduction of the practices of kindergarten of education, conservation of conventional standardization process.

Chapter VII: Through the survey of private kindergartens of organizational behavior management to find out the sitiation of private kindergarten of organizational behavior management, and to described the examples of organizational structure and job description of the settings to set.

Chapter VIII: Analysis the position management strategy of the kindergarten. Introduced a example of private kindergarten of payment administration and work training, use and stability.

Chapter IX: For the standardized management and the status of Chinese private kindergarten, the paper summarizes the research contributions, research limitations and follow-up research proposals.

This paper aims reserachering the standardizd management of private kindergarten. In the application of the theory, in the past for the management of the private kindergarten office park access, management, and oversight mechanisms just remain at the \to do\level. Very few theory is in-depth study to the creation, preparation, educational ideas and strategic norms, internal management mechanism of private kindergarten.

The study of this article introduces the strategic, operational, and management theory in the application and use of private kindergarten. Surrounding the strategic thinking, human resources management, objective management of the current management, the explory of the paper make up the lack of theory of the private kindergarten management To a certain extent.

Through analysis, we can see that the current level of overall development of the private kindergarten are very uneven, compared with government -run kindergartens with several decades managing experience. Some examples in the paper can give reference to the standardized management and the survival and development of the private kindergartens. It can also make individuals find their own resistance and establish effective measures and plans to eliminate or diminish the obstacles of development of private kindergartens.

Because this paper integrates some examples of management of private kindergartens, the paper is operational in a certain degree. For the development of standardized management of private kindergartens, the author gives constructive advice to educational administration, the investment and management, hoping to make the contribution to the sustainable development of private parks and strengthening their competitive ability.
