近年来,在高新技术的支持下, IT装备制造业有了迅速的发展。目前国内市场需求的增强以及国外竞争日趋激烈,迫使我国制造业加强了革新力度。市场的全球化导致各企业纷纷采取一系列适应性措施,例如企业的合并与合作,目的是提高企业在世界各地从咨询到服务的综合能力。同时还可以看到一个趋势是:更多的企业从过去只提供单元 设备发展为系统供应者,与用户之间建立了更密切的联系。在用户开始询价和一项新产品进行开发时,生产与设备的综合考虑就已经时一项重要的竞争因素了。
Over the past few years, with(决不能用under!) the support of high technologies, IT equipment manufacturing has been developed rapidly. At present, the growth of domestic market demand and increasingly intense international competition compel(force) China’s manufacturing industry to strengthen its innovation(reform 是改革) intensity(strength是材料强度或优势的意思). Many enterprises have to take a series of adaptive measures(measurement 是测量!) including annexation(兼并) and cooperation due to (in consideration of) market globalization, aiming at improving their comprehensive capacity from consultation to service in various parts of the world.(all over the world)
At the same time, there appears a tendency: more and more enterprises have become the suppliers of manufacturing systems, rather than only supplied unit equipment as they did in the past, and established closer relationship with their users( 或customers, 而client 一般指委托方,如律师,经纪人等的客户,或网络服务器的用户,不太用来指购买物质货物的用户). When the users begin inquiring the prices and a new product is being developed, a comprehensive (comprehensive 综合的,overall 总体的,比方总体结构就要用overall structure 而不要说comprehensive structure, 而synthetic 是指合成的,人造的) consideration concerning production and equipment is an important factor in response to the competition.

摘 要:针对模具网络化制造联盟企业匹配选择的模糊性问题,本文采用层次分析法(AHP)的基本思想,结合模糊综合评判方法,提出了面向制造任务的模具制造企业选择匹配的指标体系,建立了企业优选的多因素多层次综合评价模型。模型确定了准则层各个评价因素的权重,建立了模具网络化制造联盟企业匹配选择问题的AHP数学模型,提供了完整的分析流程与算法。最后以一则实际服务为例,验证了本文匹配模型的有效性和实用性。 关键词:模具网络化制造联盟企业;匹配;AHP 中图分类号:
Research on Matchmaking and Selection of Network Mold Enterprise Based on AHP JING Wuming, HONG Jun, SUN Zhongliang, HUO Min

Abstract: Aiming at the matchmaking of network mold enterprises and its fuzzy characteristics, a model to address this problem using the basic idea of analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and combining with fuzzy comprehensive judgment method was proposed. The paper raised indicator system facing the matchmaking of tasks and mold enterprises. A comprehensive judgment model with multiple elements and levels, which is to select the best network mold enterprise, was established. The model determined the weight of each judgment indicator in each level and provided wholesome analysis process and calculating methods. Finally a real service case was proposed to testify the effectiveness and practicality of the matchmaking model in this paper.
