Part one: Research on quality standard of Sedum aizoon.L.

The histological characters of the root£¬ rhizome£¬ stem and leaf of the plant were reported. The characters of the isolated tissue and powder were also involved.

the content of Quercetin were identified by TLC.A HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin in the Sedum aizoon..L.The SHIM-PACK VP C18(250nm*4.6nm£¬10um)column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.4% Phosphoric acid solutions(55:45).The detection wavelength was 370nm.The calibration curve of quercetin was in good linearity over the range of 1.216-12.16ug £¬ and regression equation was Y=40386X-14138(r=0.9991). The average recovery rate was 102.08%£¬with RSD=2.71%.The results showed that the method is quick £¬ sensitive£¬reproduciblel. The quality control is feasible and can be applied to control Sedum aizoon.L.

Part two :Studies on Preparation technology of Yang Xin Cao capsule

The contents of total flavonoids in Sedum aizoon..L.were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry£¬ and compared with Quercetin as control. The wavelengh was set at 430nm.Samples were extracted with water £¬with 65%ethylalcohol£¬ then dissolved and determined after color development .The result showed that the linear range of standard curve was 1-12ug/ml£¬r=0.9998.The recovery rate was 98.58%.By performing the orthogonal test£¬we studied the optimum technology condition.

Part three:The Analysis of Volatile Oil from Sedum aizoon.L.by GC-MS

Our study was to analyze the chemical constituents of volatile Oil from Sedum aizoon.L. The volatile Oil was extracted from the Sedum aizoon.L.by using the steam distillation .The components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data.The percentage of relative contents was demonstrated by Area Normalization Method£¬The resuils showed that forty-four components were separate£¬seventeen of which were identified and the percentage of relative components were demonstrated. The main components are undecan-2-one£¬Bornyl acetate£¬ Caryophyllene oxide £¬hexadeccanoic acid and etc. Part four:Analysis of quereetin in Sedum aizoon..L.byusing HPLC-MS/MS determination of quercetin in the Sedum aizoon..L.

This paper described the determination of quercetin in Sedum aizoon..L.by using HPLC-MS/MS technique Comparing with standard sample£¬quercetin exists in the plant was confirmed.And the fragmentation mechanism was elicited by MS/MS method(daughter ion scan).

Part five: Research on quality standard and preliminary pharmaceutical stability of Yang Xin Cao capsule

were identified by TLC£¬ the content of Quercetin which is the effective element in the preparation and the medicinal material was determined as the index by HPLC. The quality control is feasible and can be applied to control the products from mass production.It can be ensured the stability of the product\\'s quality

In order to examine the stability of medicine£¬ and then infer the expiration data and test the effect of packing materials to the quality of the medicine¡£ Put the sample into the plastic bottle in the indoor temperature for 6 months£¬ then do the accelerating experiment under the condition that the temperatureis 37-400C£¬and the relatively humidityis 75% for 3 months¡£All the results shows that the stability in the indoor temperature and the accelerating condition are according with the index of quality control in the limited data£¬ the packing materials has no reverse effect to the medicine£¬ so it is can be inferred that the expiration data is two years
