Module2 What can you do?

Unit 1 I can play the piano.

Ⅰ.Teaching Aims:

Knowledge aims: 1.能听、说、读、写本单元单词:play, tennis, ride, term, would like, all,

that’s all, worry, worry about, teach, then(见课本P104) 2.学生掌握课本P8-9出现的短语和重点句型、情态动词can;

Can you?? Yes, I can. / No, I can’t. Which club can?? I can’t?.

Ability aims: 学生能够听懂关于参加学校社团等的对话;能够交流各自会干什么与不会干什么。

Feeling aims: 培养学生认识自我和肯定自我的能力,增强自信心以及助人为乐的精神。

一、Self-study(自主学习):

1.自学自读本单元单词(结合词汇表的音标),把不会读的单词在书上画出来并整理在导学案上。

“can”是情态动词,在这里,他的意思是 。 can没有人称和数的变化,否定式都用cannot(can’t)。详看P92

练一练:1.Daming (会) ride a horse but he (不会) swim.

2.They (会) speak Chinese but they (不会) speak English.

1. play 和球类、 棋类,名词搭配时,不用定冠词the

2.Can的用法 (1) 它是情态动词帮助说明能力、意愿等的词,can后 跟动词原形,并且它不随主语人称的变化而变化 。 Eg. I can sing. He can swim. (2) 肯定句变否定句直接在can后加not,缩写为can’t。 Eg. 肯定句:I can dance. 否定句:I can’t dance. (3) 陈述句变一般疑问句直接把can提前。 Eg. 陈述句: She can swim. 一般疑问句:Can she swim ?

(4)肯定回答: Yes,主语+can. 否定回答: No,主语+can’t.

3. I’d like to join the music club. =I want to join the music club. I’d like to join the Food and Drink Club. = I want to join the Food and Drink Club. I’d = I would ①like doing sth.意为喜欢做某事 ②would like to do sth. 想做某事= want to do? 4、What about + 名词/动名词?意为“??怎么样?”,常用于提出建议或意见。 5、Don’t worry about Chinese. 此句为祈使句,祈使句的否定句形式是在动词前加don’t. worry about意为“担心”)
