PLC based on double closed loop cascade speed control system design

Abstract:This paper uses power sequence and dynamic braking method to the design of double closed loop cascade speed control system of reversible and brake control circuit.Double closed loop speed regulation system with good performance, with wide speed range, high precision, good dynamic performance and easy control and other advantages, so in

the electrical transmission system has been widely used.

The design report is first determined according to the design requirements of speed regulation scheme and the main circuit structure, a DC double closed loop speed regulation system in the setting of the two regulator, i.e. speed regulator (ASR) and the current regulator (ACR), respectively, by adjusting the speed and current.Then the paper discusses the current regulator and speed regulator design and some of the parameters selection and calculation, the engineering design parameters.And described the series connection of additional resistance in the process of switching the importance.The electrical operating circuit with programmable controller to realize.
