带双辊导入的校平机50.2000/21 Precision strip straightening machine 50. 2000/21 with 2-roller-strip take-off 检验结果 预验收 终验收 工作辊间隙电机自动调整 根据存储数据，设备自动调整为相应料厚的设置。在屏幕上可以看到设置精度为0,01 mm 。 校平辊的驱动 通过一共用轴及分配齿轮各校平辊独立驱动。这些共用轴带一快速更换装置。 校平辊 共有21 个,直径50 mm。由表面硬化钢制作 。强度900 - 1300 N/mm2，硬度Hrc 60且抛光。 校平辊轴承 校平辊装于滚针轴承中，通过simmer rings 密封。轴承点带长期脂润滑。 中间辊 为防止支撑辊造成材料划痕，校平机还装有23个中间辊，其上开有螺旋槽，同时还有清洁辊的作用。 润滑 各万向轴都于自动润滑油循环系统连接。 分配齿轮箱 齿轮经硬化并磨削。它们在油浴中转动。 过载保护 过载时电气控制校平机自动停止。若校平机出故障或调整环太小则其后的设备自动停止。 检查 屏幕上可显示油的状况。. 清洗和快速更换装置 快速更换装置用来方便校平辊、中间辊及支撑辊的清洁。辊子支撑及轴承装在一滑动块上。辊子架被电机升起约50 mm 后，滑动块经液压驱动离开校平机。这时辊子可从后部固定的轴承中取出，这样辊子及支撑辊子可在机外清洁。而安装仅用几分钟时间。 校平盒的进出状态在屏上显示。 Motorized automatic adjustment The setting of the machine for the material thickness to be leveled is done automatically with a motor driven device by means of the data storage. The setting accuracy is 0,01 mm being shown on the screen.

带双辊导入的校平机50.2000/21 Precision strip straightening machine 50. 2000/21 with 2-roller-strip take-off Drive of straightening rollers Each straightening roller is driven individually by the distributor gear via a universal shaft. These universal shafts are equipped with a quick change device. 检验结果 预验收 终验收 Straightening rollers The machine is equipped with 21 straightening rollers having a roller diameter of 50 mm each. These straightening rollers are made of case hardened steel with a solidity of 900 - 1300 N/mm2 according to the diameter. The rollers have a hardness of Hrc 60 and are smoothly polished. Straightening roller bearing The straightening rollers are mounted in needle-bearings, the bearings being sealed by means of simmer rings. The bearing points are supplied with long-time grease lubrication. Intermediate rollers To avoid any marks on the material which could be caused by the supporting rollers, the straightening machine is fitted with 23 intermediate rollers. They are spirally grooved and serve simultaneously as cleaning rollers. The cardan shafts are connected to the automatic oil circulation system. The gear-box is reduced. The hardened and ground toothed wheels are rotating in an oil bath. ce If the straightening machine is overloaded it stops automatically. If the straightening machine fails or if the strip loop gets too small, the following machine stops automatically. Checking device The performance and the oil are controlled and shown in the screen. Cleaning- and quick-change device For easier cleaning of straightening rollers, intermediate rollers and supporting rollers, we integrate the quick-change device. The roller supporting as well as the roller bearing are mounted on a sliding dog. After the motorized lifting of the roller frame by approx. 50 mm the sliding dog can be driven out of the machine hydraulically. Now the rollers can be taken out from the back fixed bearings so that rollers and supporting rollers can be cleaned outside the machine. The mounting time for these purposes takes a few minutes. The status of the straightening cassette (in or out) will be displayed on the monitor.

The strip guidance guarantees a sufficient strip reserve for the feeder positioned in the shears and is executed as strip transfer table. The radius of the strip transfer is R = 1400 mm. With this radius any deformation of the strip is impossible. The rollers are brush rollers. In order to transfer the strip from the straightener to the following machine the transfer can be moved in horizontal position guaranteeing a trouble-free strip transfer. As soon as the feeder is closed and the strip is clamped in the strip transfer lowers automatically and a strip loop can be built.
