SD-DOP-DPP-ST- 1 INTRODUCTION概述

This document is for the lifting of EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 of LQ of DPP for LF7-2 oil field development project. It is made according to the following documents and used with them during the lifting process.

(1) QHSE-03-03-08 CNOOC(Qingdao) operation regulations of large structures for traction or lifting.

(2) QHSE-03-03-06 CNOOC(Qingdao) safety regulations for lifting

(3) DE-01-05 CNOOC(Qingdao) prepare and validation rules of documents for large structures lifting in land.

(4) QHSE-03-03-07 CNOOC(Qingdao) safety regulations for large structures lifting in land 本方案适用于LF7-2油田开发项目的DPP组块生活楼5,6层的吊装。本方案依据下列文件编制,在吊装实施过程中与下列文件同时使用:

(1)QHSE-03-03-08海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司大型结构物拖拉牵引或起吊装船作业

安全管理细则。

(2)QHSE-03-03-06海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司起重作业安全管理细则。

(3)DE-01-05海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司加工设计陆上大型吊装文件编制及验证管理

办法。

(4)QHSE-03-03-07海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司陆上大型起重作业安全管理细则。 The information of EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 of LQis shown as table 1.1 生活楼5,6层的总体信息见表1.1。

Center-Of-Gravity & Lifting Padeye重心及吊点

In this document, the software X-STEEL is used to obtain the center of gravity for lifting calculation. The center of gravity and weight of EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 of LQ are shown in figure 2.1

本方案采用X-STEEL模型计算出来的重量重心来进行吊装计算,图2.1显示了生活楼5,6层的X-STEEL模型示意图及重心和重量。
