摘要
建立现代零部件企业准时化作业制度是发展现代化企业生产和市场的必要要求。国外先进的生产计划和控制理念业绩越来越深入企业，广为企业所接受。本文主要在于根据市场需求的变化，合理安排物料、设备、人力资源和资金，以降低生产成本、缩短交货期和提高产品质量，提高工厂的运行效率，使生产系统取得最佳的功效，最终满足顾客的需求。 系统的介绍了汽车零部件企业中的发展和准时化的基本知识、理论、方法与系统。全文分为五章。第一章主要介绍汽车发展历史和管理历程。以及本论文的目的和意义。第二、三章主要围绕准时化生产，系统的介绍了准时化的一些定义以及运用，为了更好的使用准时化法则文中加入了实际案例使得准时化更具说服力。第四章把库存引入了准时化作业的范畴，使得企业生产中的供应链能更加完美的融合在一起，为企业带来整体的经济效益。 关键词：汽车企业 ；准时化；库存管理；供应链管理；及时采购；订购模型

JIT mode based on the auto parts enterprises in production
planning and control
ABSTRACT
Establish modern parts enterprise just-in-time assignment system is modern enterprise production and market development of essential requirements. Foreign advanced production plan and control concepts performance deepening enterprise, is widely accepted by enterprises. This paper mainly lies in tracking the change of market demand, reasonable arrangement of materials, equipment, human resources and capital, to reduce production costs, shorten delivery time and improve product quality, improve plant operation efficiency, make production system to obtain the best effect, finally meet the demand of customers.
This paper systematically introduces the development of the auto parts enterprises and just-in-time basic knowledge, theory, method and system. The letter divides into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the development history and management course car. This paper, and a sense of purpose and meaning. Second, three chapters focusing on just-in-time manufacturing is introduced, the system of some of the definition and just-in-time apply, in order to better use just-in-time law cases make paper joined the actual more persuasive just-in-time. The fourth chapter introduces just-in-time inventory of the category, makes the enterprise homework in the production of the supply chain can be more perfect confluence is together, for enterprise to bring the whole economic benefits.
