摘要

本设计是一种建筑起重机械,用来提升物料、安装设备等作业,由机械动力驱动卷筒、卷绕绳索来完成牵引工作的装置。本设计采用了新型的制动电机,节省了制动器,使得结构更加紧凑。其主要结构组成还有,减速、联轴器、卷筒等。

动力传动部分主要有传动方案的设计、原始数据的计算、电动机的选择、减速器的选择、动力方案的选择和强度校核。其中主要是传动方案的设计和卷筒的结构设计。本设计的步骤是从钢丝绳开始入手,然后依次对卷扬机的、电动机、减速器、制动器、联轴器设计与选取。其中卷筒结构、卷筒轴、卷筒毂的设计与校核最为主要,本设计重点做了介绍,其余部分有得只是略作分析。

The design of 2.0 construction winches

Abstract

The design is called construction winches, which is used to lift materials, to install the operation equipments .It is driven by mechanical power motor and by the winding rope device to complete the work. This design uses a new type of brake motor so as to save the brake, so the structure becomes more compact. The rest of the machine are reducer, coupling, reel and so on.

The part of power transmission includes the design of the transmission, the calculation of initial data, the selection of motor reducer and power options .In the end it is strength check. This design of hoist starts from the wire rope, and next then turn on the winch reel, reel spindle, motor, gear reducer, speed reducer shaft, brakes, couplings and pulley reel machine-oriented design . The key is the structure design of the winch reel. The analysis of the rest are relatively simple.
