摘要
绩效管理在企业管理中具有核心控制作用,是组织实现战略目标的有效控制手段,其重要性引起越来越多管理者的关注。绩效管理的思想和方法正在被许多企业所采用,但在工作实践中很多企业的管理者将绩效管理等同于绩效考核,使绩效管理流于形式。本文通过对绩效管理的理论基础进行深入的探讨,阐明国内企业如何进行有效的绩效管理。从目前我国国内企业绩效管理存在的问题出发,结合国内企业绩效管理案例对中国企业绩效管理提出自己的建议。帮助国内企业能够通过科学的绩效管理来实现企业发展目标,更好地为企业的不断提升和改善提供相应的理论。

Abstract
Performance management in enterprise management is the core control, is the strategic target realization organization effectively control method, the importance of causing more and more attention of managers. Performance management ideas and methods are adopted by many enterprises, but in practice many enterprise managers will be equivalent performance management, performance management, and performance evaluation form now. Based on the theoretical basis of performance management, expounds the depth of domestic enterprises to effectively performance management. From the current domestic enterprise performance management problems, combining the domestic enterprise performance management of Chinese enterprise performance management in the case of its recommendations. Help domestic enterprises can through scientific performance management to realize the target of development for the better and improve enterprise to provide the corresponding theory.
