摘 要
山东省蛋鸡养殖历史悠久，是八大传统蛋鸡养殖大省之一。近年来，伴随着社会经济的不断发展，山东省蛋鸡养殖业进入稳定调整阶段，鸡蛋产量和蛋鸡存栏量增速逐渐放缓，鸡蛋产量增长缓慢，蛋鸡养殖业对畜牧业和农业的贡献呈现下降趋势。因此，对山东省蛋鸡养殖业进行经济学分析，针对各环节存在的问题，提出有建设性的政策建议，对推动山东省蛋鸡养殖业健康发展有着十分重要的意义。
本文章主要运用经济学理论对山东省蛋鸡养殖业的发展现状进行了分析研究。通过对鸡蛋生产环节的研究，得出山东省蛋鸡养殖业的市场结构特征是集中度低、规模效益差、产品差异小；蛋鸡养殖户的特征是模仿性、经验性、保守性与求新性并存，并因养殖规模、技术水平、资金水平和养殖户文化素质的不同而不同；蛋鸡养殖业因受疫病的威胁、养殖户的养殖方式及技术选择行为的影响。

ABSTRACT
Recently, with the continuous development of social economy, laying hens breeding in shandong province entered a stage of stable adjustment, egg production and laying hens breeding stock growth is slowing, egg production growth is slow, laying hens breeding industry's contribution to the animal husbandry and agriculture showed a trend of decline. Therefore, laying hens breeding in shandong province for economic analysis, aiming at the existing problem of each link, put forward constructive Suggestions, to promote the healthy development of laying hens breeding in shandong province has very important significance.
In this paper, by using the theory of economics layers of shandong province, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of aquaculture. Laying hens breeding in shandong province by means of egg production, it is concluded that the market structure is characterized by low concentration, small scale difference, the difference of products; Laying hens breeding farmers is characterized by imitation, empirical, conservative and innovation sex, and breeding scale, technical level, the different capital levels and cultural quality of farmers; Laying hens breeding industry due to the threat of disease, farmers farming methods and technology choice behavior.
