慧祥煤业综合防突措施设计

摘要: 煤与瓦斯突出是严重影响煤矿安全生产的主要因素之一。为了消除慧祥煤业的突出危险性,通过对慧祥煤业的煤层瓦斯压力、煤层瓦斯含量以及煤层透气性系数等瓦斯基本参数的研究,结合慧祥煤业的矿井地质条件,先采取区域防突措施,通过预抽煤层瓦斯达到消除(或者降低)突出煤层的突出危险性。进行效果检验后,如果煤层的突出危险性没有消除,则继续采用局部防突措施进行补充。对石门揭煤工作面、煤巷掘进工作面以及采煤工作面等局部地区采取相应的局部防突措施,消除突出危险性。通过采用双“四位一体”综合防突措施,能够有效地消除煤层的突出危险性,防止煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生,实现矿井的安全生产。

Outburst measures designed

Abstract: The coal and gas outburst is one of the main factors that seriously affect the safty of coal mine.In order to eliminate the outburst hazard of Huixiang coal enterprises, some basic parameters of gas are researched on, including coal-bed gas pressure, coal-bed gas content and coal-bed permeability coefficient. Considering the geological condition of coal mine of Huixiang coal enterprises, regional outburst prevention measures like pre-extract coal-bed gas are taken firstly to eliminate(or decrease) the outburst hazard. If the outburst hazard of the coal-bed is not eliminated after checking, local outburst prevention measures should be taken afterwards. Take appropriate measures for crosscut coal working face, the coal lane tunneling working face and the coal mining face,to eliminat outburst danger. By adopting the double “four-in-one” integrated outburst prevention measure, the outburst hazard of coal-bed can be eliminated efficiently and the accidents of coal and gas can be prevented so that safety production of mine can be achieved.
