摘要

立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为城市特别是大中型城市的一个比较普遍现象。机械式立体车库可以充分利用地上空间的资源,发挥地上空间的优势,最大限度地停车,成为解决城市停车问题的重要途径。本设计以典型的升降平移式立体车库为研究对象,综合考虑到制造和立体车库的运行效率成本两个因素。

本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分的调研工作,选择双层三列式车库为研究对象。升降平移式立体车库就其组成部分而言,可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。本文简单介绍了车库的结构和特点,简单的说明了车库的控制系统,依据升降横移式立体车库的运行原理,运用力学理论对升降横移式立体车库的结构进行了全面的力学分析,包括升降横移式立体车库的框架结构的强度、横移传动系统中轴的强度和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。

为了使停车设备满足使用要求,根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立体车库的实际,在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术,这样保证了车辆的绝对安全,使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。

Abstract

Parking is designed to achieve a variety of automatic vehicle park and storage facilities for scientific storage. With the continuous increase ofcity cars, the parking problem has become a common phenomenon oflarge and medium-sized city. Mechanical stereo garage can make full use of Shangdi resources, play space advantage, maximize the parkthe vehicle, has become an important way to solve city static trafficproblem. The up-down and translation stereo garage is typical as the research object, considering the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational efficiency of the stereo garage.

In this paper, the present situation and trend of the garage at home and abroad on the basis of full investigation, the choice of the doublethree formulistic garage structure as the research model. Up-down and translation stereo garage in terms of its components, can be divided into three parts: the garage structure, transmission parts and control parts of the system. The paper simply introduces main structure andcharacteristics of the garage, the garage control system are brieflydescribed, according to the operation principle of up-down and translation stereo garage, the mechanics theory of the up-down and translation stereo garage for a comprehensive analysis of themechanics, including axial strength, transverse transmission system frame lifting cross sliding type stereo garage the strength and axialstrength lifting transmission system.

In order to make the parking equipment to meet the use requirements,according to the actual state of mechanical parking equipment General requirements for safety standards, up-down and translation stereogarage, the up-down and translation stereo garage uses some of thenecessary security technology, this can ensure absolute safety for the vehicle, the garage can run safely and stably.

第1章 绪论

1.1 课题背景

进入二十一世纪以来,随着我国社会与经济的发展,轿车特别是私家轿车的生产数量忽然迅速增加。近几年来,我国私人购车占首车总量的比例大幅增加,到1999年已突破了50%。中国汽车需求量和保有量出现了加速增长的趋势。2000年到2002年实际汽车保有量分别为1609.91万、1802.04万、和2053.17万辆,年品均增长速度分别达到了10.73%、12%、13.94%。2003年汽车保有量达到2353万辆,比2002年增长14.6%。

以上事实说明,2004-2010年我国汽车保有量以及由此带动的汽车需求量将急速陈加速增长将继续呈加速增长的趋势。随着居民收入提高、汽车价格的下降和消费环境的改善,预计2004-2010年,中国汽车保有量将以16%-20%的速度增长。以2002年的实际值为基数,假定2004-2010年汽车保有量按16%-20%的速度增长,则到2010年我国汽车保有量再6620万-8413万辆之间。另外,新增汽车需求量与汽车保有量基本呈线性关系,即新增汽车需求量=新增汽车保有量+0.06*汽车保有量,据此,可以推算出2010年汽车的年销售量将达到1317万-1911万辆之间。

随着汽车数量日益剧增,解决停车问题日益严重,尤其是居民小区、大型公共消费场所等,寸土如今,停车场向空间发展,已势在必行。根据有关市场调查,目前在大中型城市对立体车库的年需求量至少为10万个车位,但该类产品供应量很少,国内只有30家左右企业的少量产品供应市场,外国的相关公司看好这一巨大的市场,目前开始有产品向中国出口,但是其价格高,使用成本和收费高,使国内市场难以接受,限制了其推广使用。在我国,出北京、上海、广州等特大城市外,沿海工业发达、人口密集、土地多的中等城市和地区也已陆续开始安装和使用立体,便显出强劲的市场需求。所以从技术市场政策等诸多因素分析,该项目已具备了良好的开发条件,具有重大的现实意义。
