25.3.3 Libeiya has already talked with CPL responsible person and agreed to the following: Libeiya
is responsible to collect and maintain its construction waste in the dustbins in the onsite temporary facilities zone in good order, and coordinate with CPL HSE representative for removal of the construction waste to be done by the Construction Waste Management Contractor.

25.3.4 Libeiya will be responsible for its own waste generated from day to day construction activities.

25.3.5 Waste Storage areas near the main construction areas and Libeiya office area will be set to
collect and store construction waste and garbage generated office area. 垃圾堆放场将建在主施工区和丽贝亚办公区域附近；
25.3.6 The above mentioned waste shall be classified as non-hazardous and hazardous and
identified clearly.

25.3.7 Waste inventory shall be maintained in good condition, A monthly waste transfer report shall be
submitted CPL by the 5th of each month..

25.4
Prevent Air Pollution 避免空气污染
25.4.1 The waste produced in construction must be timely cleaned and delivered. Moderately
watering may reduce dust while cleaning and delivering.
施工废料必须及时清理并运出现场。在清理和运输过程中喷淋水会减少灰尘飞扬。
25.4.2 It is necessary to spring water while removing the building so as to reduce dust.
在拆除建筑物时有必要撒水以降低灰尘量。
25.4.3 Well spraying water to the temporary construction roads on site at any moment in order to
reduce dust.
为现场临时施工道路撒水以降低灰尘量。
25.4.4 The bulk cement and other granule bulk material that easy to fly must be stored in warehouse.
If exposed, it must be strictly covered. Prevent from mud and sand flying while loading or unloading materials.
散装水泥及其它易于飞扬的粒料必须存放在仓库内。如果暴露在外时，必须封盖严密。装货卸货时要避免泥沙的飞扬。
25.4.5 It is necessary to watering in cement or soil construction to reduce the dust.
在水泥或土料施工中可以撒水来降低灰尘。
25.4.6 It must take measures, e.g. watering, to reduce dust in the season when dust easily engenders.

25.4.7 The ground must be hardened in the construction location to prevent the strong wind from
flying dust.

25.4.8 The sprayer will be used on site for cement mixer to prevent any material flying.

Prevention of noisy pollution 防止噪声污染
25.5.1 Prevent the noisy pollution resulted from the construction.

25.5.2 Materials are prohibited throwing from truck and never make loud while removing the materials
from any structures.

25.5.3 Under the normal condition, it is not allowed mixing mortar during the night.
