中文摘要

城市生态化是社会发展的基本要求，是人类文明进步的标志，是城市发展的趋势。生态城市是一个多目标、多功能、具有复杂结构的自然—社会—经济的复合系统。建设生态城市是实现全面小康、可持续发展的有效途径。本文在广泛研究国内外生态城市理论与实践的基础上，对武夷山市生态城市建设进行了较为全面的研究，究为提升生态城市建设管理水平奠定了理论与实践基础，为生态城市建设状况的预测、分析、决策提供了一个有效的手段，可以为生态城市建设发展战略的制定和规划提供科学依据。

本文主要包括以下几个方面的内容：首先，介绍了本文的研究背景与意义，梳理国内外研究现状；其次，介绍生态城市的概念、特点、建设原则以及如何建立生态城市建设的评价指标体系；再次，分析了武夷山市建设生态城市的优势、劣势以及面对的机遇与挑战；第四，从生态系统的结构、功能和协调度三个方面构建了武夷山市生态城市评价指标体系，并利用层次分析法对武夷山市生态城市的建设展开评估与分析；第五，从发展建设的目标与原则、调整产业结构、加强环境保护、动员全社会参与创模、合理规划、制度创新以及人才战略等方面对武夷山市生态城市的建设提出建议；最后，对全文进行总结。

ABSTRACT

Urban ecology is a basic requirement of social development, is a sign of the progress of human civilization, is the trend of urban development. Eco-city is more than one objective, multi-functional, with a complex structure of natural - social - economic complex systems. Build an ecological city is an effective way to achieve a comprehensive well-off and sustainable development. Based on extensive research of ecological theory and practice of urban home and abroad, for the eco-city construction Wuyishan City for a more comprehensive research study to enhance the level of urban ecological construction management theory and practice laid the foundation for the city's ecological construction conditions forecast , analysis, decision-making provides an effective means to provide a scientific basis for the development and planning of eco-city construction and development strategies.
