1、Greeting.

2、 Let’s chant: What’s your hobby? Step 2 Reviewing

1、To review the phrases: playing chess,collecting stamps,taking pictures, swimming,listening to music,playing basketball?.

2、 To review the sentences: What’s your hobby? I like? He / She likes?.

The teacher asks a boy: “What’s your hobby?”

The boy answers: “I like?”Then the teacher points to the boy and speaks to the other Ss: “He likes?.”

3、Play a game----Ask and answer “What’s your hobby?” one by one. Step 3 Presentation

1、To learn the new words and sentences.

⑴ Put the picture on the blackboard,point to the picture and introduce: “This is Sally’s family. This is Sally’s father.This is Sally’s mother. This is Sally’s

brother,Ben.This is Sally’s sister,Kate.”

⑵ Review the words: “father,mother,brother,sister,family”.Then to learn “everyone” and “In my family everyone has a hobby.”

⑶ To learn “My father likes taking pictures.My mother likes cooking. My brother likes collecting toy cars.My sister likes collecting stamps.” 2、To learn the text.
