比亚迪F3轿车制动系统设计 摘要: 近年来,我国的汽车产业飞速发展,汽车的保有量也持续增长,随之而来的却是居高不下的事故率,因此汽车的安全问题已经成为汽车产业发展所必须考虑的重要问题之一,而汽车的制动系统无疑是汽车安全最重要的保障。 简单说,汽车制动系统的功用是就使汽车以适当的减速度降速行驶直到停车,在下坡行驶时使汽车保持适当稳定的车速,使汽车安全地停在原地或坡道上。因此汽车制动系统的性能直接影响着汽车行驶的安全性和停车的可靠性。 本说明书主要介绍了比亚迪F3轿车的制动系统设计。首先介绍了汽车制动系统的发展、结构、分类等,并通过对鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的结构及优缺点进行比较分析。最终确定方案是采用液压双回路前盘后鼓式的制动器。除此之外,该说明书还介绍了前后制动器及制动主缸的设计与计算,主要部件的参数选择及制动管路布置形式等的设计过程。 关键词: 制动系统 鼓式制动器 盘式制动器 液压双回路 制动管路布置形式

Title The Design Of Braking System Of The BYD F3 car Type Of Car

Abstract

In recent years, china saw the rapid development of automobile industry, the car retains the quantity also increases continuously, the attendant is the high accident rate, therefore the problem of vehicle safety has become the automotive industry development must be considered one of the most important problems, and the automobile brake system is the most important guarantee of automotive safety.

In simple terms, the function of automobile brake system is made the car with appropriately decelerate speed until the parking, in when traveling downhill allows the car to maintain proper stable speed, make the car safely stop in place or on a ramp. Thus a car braking system performance directly affects the safety of automobile driving and parking reliability.

This paper introduces the BYD F3 sedan braking system design. First introduced the braking system's development, structure, classification, and through the drum brake and disc brake structure and the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis. Final solution is the use of double circuit hydraulic front disc and rear drum brakes. In addition, the manual also describes the rear brake and brake master cylinder design and calculation, parameter's choice of main components and the brake pipe layout form design process.
