摘 要

滚筒输送机是现代最主要的散状物料输送设备之一。滚筒是滚筒输送机的主要传部件,它的作用有两个:一是传递动力,二是改变输送带运行方向。滚筒输送机滚筒的设计质量,关系到整个输送机系统的性能、安全性和可靠性。目前,国内滚筒的设计一般采用近似公式,对于中小型滚筒已经能够满足工程需求,但对于大型滚筒这种设计方法其结果与工程实际有一定的差距,它的安全性和可靠性难以保障。由于缺乏精确的计算方法,如果盲目的增大安全系数,会使结构尺寸变大,重量增加,强度得不到显著的提高同时又增加了成本。

本设计简要介绍了辊子输送机的作用,在对辊子输送机特点和形式了解之后,对辊子输送机总体方案进行设计。总体方案确定后是各个零部件的设计,重点对辊子输送机的主要参数、链传动牵引力理论计算、辊子间距、辊子直径、支撑架、脚、轴承等零件进行设计,选择合适的动力源和合适的传动系统及速度控制系统,为合理地设计辊子输送机提供了依据。在总体方案和个零件的参数确定后,应用Pro/E软件对个零件建模和运动仿真。 关键字:作用;主要参数;设计;建模;仿真

Abstract

Roller conveyor is the main equipment of bulk material conveying. The drum is the main transmission part in roller conveyor, it has two functions: one is to transfer power, the two is to change the running direction of the conveying belt. The design quality of roller conveyor roller, related to the performance, security and reliability of the whole conveyor system. At present, the domestic roller design general use of the approximate formula, for small and medium-sized roller has been able to meet the engineering requirements, but for large drum the design method and the results and engineering practice have a certain gap, its security and reliability are difficult to guarantee. Due to the lack of accurate calculation method, if blindly increase safety coefficient, make the structure size, weight, strength can not be improved significantly and increase the cost of.

This design introduce the roller conveyor briefly. After know about characteristics and form of roller conveyor,design the overall scheme of roller conveyor . It is the design of various components after the overall scheme is given. Focusing on the designing of the main parameter, chain drive traction theoretical calculations, roller spacing, roller diameter, cage, feet, bearings and other parts of roller conveyor , select the appropriate power source and a suitable transmission and speed control systems, in older to provide the basis for the rational design of roller conveyor . After the overall program and parameter are determined ,then ,in application the softer of Pro/E to build the construction of three-dimensional model and motion simulation.
