Based on SSH,holiday items temporary storage system uses the current mainstream frame technology Struts, Spring and Hibernate, Choosing MySQL database management system for data management, applying Tomcat Server technology, basing on B/S model. Under the network environment, the system implements functions about warehouse management, storage item management, user information management to the administrator users, and treasury reservation, personal storage items’ selection and personal information maintenance to the average users. This paper briefly introduced the meaning of system development, the related technology and main function around the present situation of university items. Followed to the standard software development process, the paper focused on items temporary system design and implementation.

The system basically achieved network platform of temporary objects access query operation. It is convenient to installation and simple to use. And also has the advantages of paperless storage, highly effective quick and precise convenient, which increase the items of the management efficiency and security greatly, and accelerate the information-based campus construction.
