3. He should help HSE Manager plan, organize, coordinate, integrate and manage all the necessary resources for safe construction, and make records and put them on file.
安全监察员协助安全经理计划/组织/协调/整合/管理项目施工安全所需资源及资源平衡并予以记录和归档；
4. He should participate in HSE management, training and coordinating meetings hold by HSE Manager, and make records and put them on file. 安全监察员参加项目施工安全经理组织的安全专业管理/培训/协调会议并予以记录和归档； 5. He should help HSE Manager collect qualification certificates of workers, organize HSE training and assessment for workers and visitors, carry out safety performance test and inspection of construction equipment and submit them to Owner for review and approval, and make records and put them on file.
安全监察员负责协助安全经理收集施工人员资格证书，具体组织实施项目施工人员/访客内外施工安全培训和考核；施工用设备和工具的安全性能检验和试验并报客户审查/批准/标示，所有这些记录必须整理归档；
6. He should help HSE manager to organize orientation meeting to introduce requirements of HSE plan execution, and put up HSE slogan and warnings at proper places.

7. He should report to HSE Manager and help him apply for hazardous work permit and conduct safety analysis before work, and put up acceptable safety signs and warnings at entrances or hazardous areas.

9. He should help HSE Manager with weekly construction safety review and assessment, resolv and confirm the raised problems from assessment action.
安全监察员协助安全经理组织项目周施工安全审计和评比，落实/解决审计结果提出的问题； 10. He should participate in weekly meeting or special coordinating meetings hold by Project Manager, HSE Manager, Site Manager and Project Engineers, and solve all the safety meetings of concern, and make records and put them on file.

He should participate in HSE management and communication meetings hold by Owner, Management Company, Supervision Company, related government dept. and head office, and help HSE Manager write down their oral or written opinions or requirements and feedback them to certain persons for solutions and make records and keep them on file.
安全监察员参加同业主/管理公司/监理公司/相关政府部门/公司总部召开的相关施工安全管理会议和同相关人员的沟通，协助安全经理将他们的口头或书面的意见或要求记录/落实/反馈回相关人员并予以整理归档；
