基于MODIS影像的蓝藻提取与研究

摘要

湖泊、河流等水资源遭到污染的事实正在一步步加重,对于水资源的保护已经日益成为不容忽视的社会问题。而蓝藻疯长是导致湖泊水华现象从而造成水资源污染的一个主要性因素。本次研究将利用具有高分辨率特点的MODIS影像数据进行太湖水域蓝藻的提取与分析,正确统计太湖水域各区的蓝藻爆发频次的变化,分析太湖蓝藻水华现象的爆发强度,爆发的主要地点和爆发的迁移过程,以及蓝藻水华在空间与时间上的分布规律,为蓝藻爆发提供正确的预警服务,以帮助有关部门进行蓝藻治理。

ABSTRACT

Water lakes, rivers and other contaminated fact is a step increase, for the protection of water resources has increasingly become a social problem can not be ignored. The blue-green algae blooms soaring phenomenon leading to the lake water pollution causing a major factor. This study will use high resolution MODIS image data extraction and analysis of the characteristics of blue-green algae in Taihu Lake, the correct statistical outbreak of blue-green algae in Taihu Lake districts frequency changes, analyze the strength of the outbreak in Taihu cyanobacteria blooms, the main venue and the outbreak the outbreak of the migration process, as well as the distribution of cyanobacteria blooms in space and time, to provide the correct algae bloom warning services to help the relevant authorities for cyanobacteria governance.
