摘 要

企业的资本结构是企业筹资决策的核心问题，也是治理公司的关键。资本结构是否合理对企业目前和将来的发展都会产生重大影响。最优资本结构的构建能实现企业价值最大化，即达到财务管理的最优目标，最优资本结构是实现企业价值最大化的基础保障。如何寻求最优资本结构，提高企业价值，成为实践中人们十分关注的问题。本文分析了资本结构优化的重要意义及其影响因素，针对我国企业资本结构的现状分析了其资本结构存在问题的原因，并从改善企业外部环境和企业自身努力两个方面对优化我国企业资本结构提出了建议。

关键词：资本结构；最优资本；结构现状

Abstract

Enterprise's capital structure is the core enterprise financing decision problem, but also the key management company. Capital structure is reasonable to enterprise at present and future development will have a great impact on the society. Optimal capital structure construction can realize the maximization of enterprise value, namely, achieve the optimal objectives of financial management, optimal capital structure is to realize the maximization of enterprise value the basic guarantee. How to find the optimal capital structure, enhances the enterprise value, becomes the practice people pay much attention to the problem. This paper analyzes the significance of capital structure optimization and its influencing factors, aiming at China business capital structure analysis the current situation of the capital structure reasons causing the problems, and the improvement of the enterprise external environment and the enterprise's own efforts in two aspects of optimizing Chinese corporations' capital structure are proposed.
