摘 要

本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为柳泉煤矿1.2Mt/a矿井设计。柳泉煤矿位于铜山县柳泉镇内,距徐州市22km,东距京福高速公路及京沪铁路7km,104国道10km,有公路直通柳泉火车站,西南距垞城铁路专用线4km,西邻京杭大运河,北部濒邻微山湖,北上山东,南达长江,常年通航,陆路、水运交通均十分便利。井田走向长约7km,倾向长1.8—4km,井田总面积为21km2。主采煤层为3#煤,平均倾角为11°,煤层平均总厚为4.5m。井田地质条件较为简单。

井田地质储量为133.9Mt,矿井可采储量96.69 Mt。矿井服务年限为61.98a,矿井正常涌水量为90m3/h,最大涌水量为335m3/h。矿井瓦斯绝对涌出量为0.46m3/min,相对瓦斯涌出量为0.91m3/t,为瓦斯矿井。

井田为单水平双立井上下山开拓,主井装备箕斗,副井装备罐笼。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t固定式矿车运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。

矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。

一般部分共包括10章:1.井田概况及地质特征;2.井田境界与储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风及安全技术;10.设计矿井基本技术经济指标。

专题部分为浅谈深部三软煤层回采巷道支护技术的研究。 翻译部分为深部综放开采顶煤稳定性与支架承载研究。

ABSTRACT

This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. General part for 1.2 Mt/a LiuQuan coal mine mine design.LiuQuan coal mine located in TongShanXian LiuQuan town, is apart from the xuzhou city 22 km, east of beijing-fuzhou expressway and beijing-shanghai railway 7 km, 10 km to 104 national road, a road through LiuQuan railway station, railway private sidings 4 km southwest from Cha city, adjacent to the beijing-hangzhou grand canal, the north faces the weishan lake, north of shandong, south of the Yangtze river, navigable all the year round, road, waterway transportation is very convenient.Mine to about 7 km long, tend to be 1.8-4 km long, total 21 km2 mining field.The main working bed of 3 # coal, the average Angle of 11 °, the average total thickness of coal seam is 4.5 m.Mine geological conditions is relatively simple.

Mine geological reserves of 133.9 Mt, mine recoverable reserves of 96.69 Mt.Normal service life of mine is 61.98 a, mine water inflow of 90 m3 / h, maximum water inflow for 335 m3 / h.The absolute volume of mine gas is 0.46 m3 / min, the relative gas emission is 0.91 m3 / t, for the gas of the mine.

Mine for the one-level, the main shaft skip equipment, auxiliary equipment cage. Tape transport roadway used to transport coal, the use of auxiliary transport transport 1.5t tub fixed. Mine ventilation for ventilation diagonal wings.

Exemplary into three soft coal seam mining are supporting technology of introduction to deep research.

Research on support bearing and top coal stability of fully mechanized caving face in deep mine.
