The design of the gluten powder production device

Abstract:In this paper, based on the device for the production of vital wheat gluten was designed using the existing conditions, is the horizontal screw machine, design for horizontal cylindrical, internal screw conveyor, from the feeding opening is composed of a surface plasma into the homogenized homogenizer in the device, the device by the driving of a motor will face pulp suspension were separated, get the starch and gluten, the gluten powder after drying process. This paper mainly carries on the design of the decanter centrifuge drum shaft and on the whole, and the intensity of checking.
