产过程是：燃料在锅炉中燃烧加热水使成蒸汽，将燃料的化学能转变成热能，蒸汽压力推动汽轮机旋转，热能转换成机械能，然后汽轮机带动发电机旋转，将机械能转变成电能。
燃煤，用输煤皮带从煤场运至煤斗中。大型火电厂为提高燃煤效率都是燃烧煤粉。因此，煤斗中的原煤要先送至磨煤机内磨成煤粉。这个过程就需要一个完整可靠的输煤系统。而输煤系统会出现一些常见的机务与电气的问题，这就需要检修人员快速地处理缺陷，及时恢复输煤系统的正常运行，保证煤仓的煤量，提高发电可靠性。
文章介绍了滨海热电厂整个输煤系统，以及组成这个输煤系统的主要设备。分别罗列了电气和机务两方面产生的日常检修问题。对于这些问题的形成原因及检修方法作出相应地阐述。其中很多都是实习过程中碰到的，而且自己动手处理过的一些问题。

Coal, with the conveyer belt to transport coal from the coal yard bucket. Large coal-fired thermal power plants to improve efficiency are Fired. Therefore, the coal scuttle coal first sent to the mill in the coal within the ground. This process requires a complete and reliable coal handling system. The coal handling system maintenance and some common electrical problems, which requires maintenance personnel to quickly deal with defects, timely recovery of the normal operation of coal handling system to ensure that the coal bunker, improve power reliability.
This paper introduces the coastal power plant coal handling system, and the composition of the coal handling system of the major equipment. Lists, respectively, both electrical and maintenance problems arising from the daily maintenance. The causes of these problems and repair methods elaborated accordingly. Many of which are encountered in the course of practice, and yourself some of the issues handled.
