基于pro/E的电视机底座的注塑模具设计

摘 要

现在塑料制品在汽车、机电、仪表、航天航空等国家支柱产业及与人民日常生活相关的各个领域中得到了广泛的应用。塑料制品成形的方法虽然很多,但最主要的方法是注塑成形,世界塑料成形模具产量中约半数以上是注塑模具。随新塑料的研发,以塑代钢的推广,塑料模具具有更加广阔的前景。

本次设计是根据毕业设计任务书的要求,完成电视机底座的一模一腔注塑模具设计。根据塑件的结构、技术要求,应用三维设计软件Pro/E进行电视机底座的注塑模具设计。设计内容包括:运用Pro/e2.0软件来分析塑件的注塑工艺性,利用Pro/e2.0软件来计算及设计模具各系统的结构,对浇注系统、分型面的选取、脱模推出机构设计、冷却结构设计等,并通过型腔压力和锁模力的计算,选择注塑机,给出了相关工艺参数。为降低模具成本,提高生产效率, 对于有国家标准的零部件,本设计均采用标准件,其中包括:注塑模标准模架;标准导柱、导套等。对于有推荐尺寸的零件,均选用推荐值设计。运用EMX4.0软件来选用模架,用autoCAD软件来绘制模具装配图和工作零件图,用Word软件来编写设计说明书等。

Abstract

With the development of new plastics to the promotion of plastic instead of steel, plastic mold with a more broad prospects.

The design is based on the graduation project book of the task, to complete the TV base of a cavity of a mold injection mold design. According to the structure of plastic parts, technical requirements, to use the three-dimensional design software Pro / E for TV chassis design of the injection mold. Design elements include: the use of software to analyze Pro/e2.0 plastic parts of the injection molding process;using Pro/e2.0 software to calculate and design the structure of the mold; gating system design, select the surface; demoulding design introduced; cooling structure design. And through the cavity pressure and clamping force calculation, to select the injection molding machine, give the relevant process parameters. In order to reduce tooling costs, increase productivity and national standards for the components, the design of the use of standard parts.Include: injection mold mold standards; standard guide columns, such as lead sets. For those who have recommended the size of parts, the design of the recommended values are selected. M aking use of EMX4.0 softwares to choose to use a mold, using autoCAD software to draw diagram and work spare parts of the molding tool assemble diagram, using Word software to write design manual etc..
