The Managers and Owners of the business are committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment for all team members, customers and visitors. ְҵͰȫߺͳ롢ȡ¹ʺΣձ棬DZرġȷûΥκһӶԱνг
The policies and procedures for Occupational Health and Safety including evacuation, first-aid, accidents and hazard reporting are considered to be non-negotiable. Please ensure that you do not breach any or these policies or procedures. Employer and team member responsibilities are detailed below. ҵָɵĽͰȫԱڡ֯ṹͼг뽫ص⽻ˡ
The designated Health and Safety Officer for the business is shown on the Organisational Chart. Please direct all questions regarding this area to that person.

The safety and welfare of all team members is of the upmost importance to the business.

The business undertakes to provide safe working conditions, maintain safe work procedures by training team members in established safe practices and continue to promote prevention as a normal part of working life.
Employer Responsibilities

In respect to occupational, health and safety consideration, the business is

responsible for the following:
1. ṩάְȫ豸ȫͰȫƶȣ
Providing and maintaining safe equipment, safe workplaces and safe systems of work; 2. ԱṩϢʹ˵ѵͼල
Providing information, instruction, training and supervision for team members; 3. ȷȫʹáࡢά豸ʣ
Ensuring the safe use, cleaning, handling, maintenance, storage and transport of equipment and substances; 4. ṩͨ뿪ͨ
Providing safe access to and from the workplace; and
5. ṩԱְҵͰȫ˵ȷѯ
Consulting with team members on occupational health and safety matters.
Manager Responsibilities
ΪӦְҵġĺͰȫĿǣΣ
In respect to occupational, health and safety consideration, the manager is responsible for the following:

Regularly reviewing workplace conditions to ensure that there are no hazards; 2. ΪԱṩѵʹ˵ͼල
Providing training, instruction and supervision for all team members; 3. ְȥ
Doing everything within their authority to protect the environment; 4. ȷԱع
Ensuring that all team members follow procedures;
5. ƹ㰲ȫʵͰȫʶѧϰõķʼ
Promoting safe working practices and safety awareness. Leading by

example; and

Promptly eliminating any identified safety hazards.

Team Member Responsibilities
ΪӦְҵġĺͰȫĿǣԱΣ
In respect to occupational health and safety, team members are responsible for the following:
1. ΪԼĸ˽Ͱȫ𡣲ΪԼĻδκʹ

Taking responsibility for their personal health and safety. Not to place themselves or others at risk of injury by anything they do or do not do; 2. ָʾʹúάޱ豸
Use and care for equipment as directed;
3. Ϊúʵ豸ָʾķس
Using the appropriate equipment for tasks, following procedures in the way that they have been instructed; 4. ҵٹ¹ʷķա
Co-operating with the business to reduce the risk of accidents within any workplace. 5. ذȫʹ˵
Follow safe procedures and instructions; and
6. 㱨Σպ¹ʡ
Report all hazards and accidents to management immediately.
ΪȷԱµְҵͰȫ֪ʶDZÿ6һְҵͰȫ֪ʶԡȷΡɵIJԸҪԱµС
To ensure that all team members have current Occupational Health and Safety knowledge they must complete an Occupational Health and Safety test at least every 6 months. Managers are responsible for ensuring that this happens.

Occupation Health and Safety Test First Aid
ʮҪ˹˵ΣգҲκ¹ʵĺ͡
First Aid is very important, not only does it reduce the risk of workplace injury but it also minimises the consequences of any accidents.
ÿҪṩһ䡣ÿﶼһԱܽмȡ
A first aid kit is provided at each workplace. On each shift there is one team member who is qualified to administer first aid. üʱ䱸еļƷ The first aid kit must be kept fully stocked at all times. ģ
