引 言

机械制制造业是国民经济的基础产业,其发达程度体现了一个国家的科学技术和社会生产力发展水平。目前,我国正处于经济发展的关键时期,机械制造技术不仅是衡量一个国家科技发展水平的重要标志,也是国际间科技竞争的重点,但机械制造技术是我们的薄弱环节,因此必须对我国机械制造业现状进行进一步的分析和研究。

随着科学技术的发展,中国制造成了我们耳熟能详的一个词,但同时,中国制造也几乎成为了劣质产品的代名词,由此可以看出,我们的产品质量还有待提高,这很大程度上取决于我们的制造工艺。但是我国普及率不高,尚在开发、掌握之中,仍然是以传统加工方式为主体,这就使得我们的工艺水平的提高受到限制。

夹具是在机械制造各行业的工艺过程中,用以固定加工对象,使之占有正确位置,以便接受施工的一种工艺装备。在机械加工中应用最为广泛的是金属切削机床上使用的夹具,称其为机床夹具。无论是在机械加工、装配、检验,还是焊接、热处理等冷、热工艺中,以及运输工作中都大量采用夹具,因此,夹具在机械制造中占有很重要的地位。

夹具是机械加工中不可缺少的部件,现代机床夹具主要朝着标准化,高效化,自动化,特殊化等方向发展。

a.试验机的发展方向是由制样检测向制品(即成品、半成品)检测方向发展,这就要求与之相适应的夹具由原用于标准试样试验的夹具向用于成品检测的夹具发展.

b.夹具的使用向高效率,低劳动强度的方向发展。过去的夹具一般采用机械锁紧,费时费力,劳动强度大,效率低。随着工作环境的改善,及大批量试验(生产流水线随机抽检的)需要,夹具的夹紧方式由原来的机械夹紧向气压夹紧、液压夹紧等方向发展。

c.全自动夹具:从试样尺寸测量到装夹,再到开始试验,最后出测试报告一次完成。此类夹具成本很高,仅适用于大批量的相同试样或成品的测试和检验。

d.环境试验(高低温试验)的增多,使用于高低温的夹具增多。环境试验(高低温箱)的增多,给夹具的设计增加了难度。我们知道高温拉伸试验国家标准都有规
