香蕉秸秆/根茬还田机(主传动、粉碎机构设计)

摘 要

机械工业为国民经济提供装备和为人民生活提供耐用消费品的生产。我国是一个农业大国,农业机械化程度的高低反映我国农业生产发展的程度,虽然农业机械也占有大量市场,但专业现代化的不多。故我们针对香蕉种植市场设计了一种高效、复式作业工具。

这次的设计针对香蕉秸秆/根茬还田机的还田系统,主要设计了它的主动系统,根据设计要求它的主传动系统动力主要有拖拉机的后置动力供给,要求供给的动力为两路输出:一路经由换向提供给粉碎机构,需要具有良好的平衡性。另一路经由换向减速器提供给除根还田装置。为了达到设计要求,设计一系列齿轮、轴等零件的参数并对其进行校核。其次是它的秸秆粉碎机构,根据需要设计它的刀片为两个直刀片,装在刀柄的两端,通过主传动轴传送过来的动力使刀柄高速旋转,从而将香蕉秸秆粉碎。

该设计产品结构合理,紧凑。操作方面,使用性能可靠,通用化程度高。其性能指标达到国内领先水平。一举实现了真正的复式作业,为种植户节省了大量的资源,提高了生产效率。深受用户欢迎,从而为我国的香蕉种植业的发展拓展了前景。

STRAW/ROOT REUSE (DESIGN OF THE MAIN TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND THE SMASH

INSTALLATION)

ABSTRACT

Mechanical industry offers equipment and the production that offers durable consumer goods for people's life for national economy. Our country is a agricultural large country, the difference in degree of the degree of mechanization of farming reflects the degree that the agricultural production of our country develops , though agricultural machinery also possesses plenty of markets, but special field is modern seldom. So, we have designed a kind of efficient, compound schoolwork tool aimed at banana planting market.

When aiming at banana in the design straw stalk / root Cha return field machine return field system, basis and the active system especially it need to design its main transmission system after have tractor put power supply 。The power that design asks to provide is exported for two roads: Offer all the way via inverting to give to smash installation , need to have good balancedness. Another road offers via inverting gear reducer to give to root out return field installation. To reach design requirement , design the parameter of the elements such as a series of gear and axle and carry out school for it, it is nuclear. Secondly is its straw stalk smashes installation, design its blade according to needs for two straight blades , pack the two ends in knife handle , make the high speed of knife handle revolving through the power that main power transmission shaft delivers , so smash banana straw stalk.

This design product mix is reasonable, compact. Operating aspect and the reliable, generalization degree of performance characteristics are high. Its performance index reaches domestic leading level. Have realized genuine compound schoolwork instantly ,
