宇丰公司人力资源管理现状分析与优化路径
摘 要
上海宇丰电子信息科技发展有限公司是一家处于沿海发达地区的民营企业,主要业务集中在高科技领域的软件产品,目前业务处于高速发展期。公司不断引入新的管理理念取代民营企业固有的传统理念。在新理念不断引入的过程中,宇丰公司的发展同时也进入一个瓶颈阶段。虽然不断努力提高目前产品的技术水平与创新研究新的产品;甚至投资数千万收购美国公司,引入新技术改变目前被动的局面。尽管宇丰公司采取了一系列的调整方案,制定了提高公司综合竞争力的战略路线。然而,面对诸多影响公司发展战略的因素,其中人力资源管理无法与公司发展相匹配尤其严重。现阶段宇丰公司在人力资源管理方面与企业业务发展战略目标脱节严重。企业人力资源管理部门在人员招聘甄选、内部调岗、晋升乃至薪酬等方面做了很大改革,但是没有辩证的分析公司的现状,盲目的改革,最终变成为了管理而管理,为制定制度而制定。本文以人力资源管理规划为重点,分别就宇丰公司在人力资源管理的主要方面提出改善意见,即完善人力资源规划、优化招聘甄选手段、加大培训与开发力度、紧抓员工职业生涯管理、提升绩效管理水平、完善薪酬管理体系、提高员工关系管理,寻找出在短期内提高宇丰公司人力资源管理的方法,从而提高员工满意度,促进员工不断的将自身的潜能最大限度的发挥出来,使企业保持持久的竞争力。最终实现与宇丰公司战略目标发展相匹配的人力资源管理政策。 关键词:宇丰公司,人力资源管理,改善策略

Abstract
The main business of Yufeng is focus on the field of high-tech software products. This private enterprises company, in the rapid development stage, is located in coastal developed areas. With the development of the company, they continued to introduce new management idea to replace the traditional concept. But in this process they also fall into the bottleneck. Although Yufeng want to improve the technology level of product, innovation and research new products, buying American company to import new technology and a series of adjustment scheme to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company. However the main problem is human resources management can not suit for development of the company. Therefore, the aim of this paper based on the human resources present situation of Yufeng company, research the problems of the human resources management in this company, and put forward the strategy to improve the human resource management. In this paper, analyzing the human resources management situation, combined with the strategy target of Yufeng, to find out the problems of human resources management, and then study the corresponding improvement strategy.
