摘 要

自动变速器的技术性能会随着行驶里程的增加逐渐下降,这会造成汽车在的行驶性、安全性和排放性能的降低。同时,随着变速器使用时间的增加,变速器也会更加容易发生故障。为了减少维修成本,避免进一步的增加损害,以及变速器零件的破坏,要对自动变速器及时的检修和维护。切忌带故障运行,产生难以修复的故障。要是因带故障行驶,造成以更换总成为代价,更是得不偿失。为了减少维修的盲目性,了解和掌握变速器的结构和工作原理,显得尤为重要。本文以丰田的A341E自动变速器为例,主要讲述了它的结构、工作原理以及一些故障诊断和维修手段。

Abstract

With the increase of mileage,the technical performance of automatic transmission would decrease. Which may result in lower car driving, safety and emissions performance. Meanwhile, with the using time of the transmission increases, the transmission will be more prone to failure. In order to reduce maintenance costs and avoid adding further damage, and damage to transmission parts, to timely repair and maintenance of the automatic transmission. Avoid running with fault, resulting in difficult to repair the damage.If due to impaired driving has resulted in the replacement of the total cost of becoming, it is worth the candle. In order to reduce maintenance blindness, understand and master the structure and working principle of the transmission is particularly important. In this paper, Toyota A341E automatic transmission, for example, focuses on its structure, working principle and some troubleshooting and maintenance tools.
