Power Window Control:

The timing chart above is true for LF/RF/LR/RR Window motors.

? IF IGN is ON, THEN Power Window Control is enabled; ? Window Function pause when Starter In is ON; ? Change from Auto down to manual up;

? Window function deactivates after IGN has been OFF for 60s; ? Over-current protection;

? Timeout protection; When the windows reach the top or the bottom, the motor deactivated. ? When LF command has conflict with RF/LR/RR command, action follows time priority rule.

Note: 1.There is no Auto Up function. Only Manual Up applies.

2.If there is an activation(only for AUTO DOWN) not finished within 60 seconds, the action will not be terminated until finished even exceed the 60 seconds' limit.

2.3.1 AUTOMATIC/MANUAL CONTROL Manual Control Up:

? If window input is active, the window will drive up otherwise stop.

(Note: There is no Auto Up function. Only Manual Up applies)

Auto/Manual Control Down:

? If active input duration is t < 300ms , the window will AUTOMATICALLY drive down. Otherwise (t ? 300ms) input

will have to MANUALLY drive down . Note: During Auto down: ? If window down button is pressed for ?300ms, window mode will change to manual down. CHERY EE . All Rights Reserved. Page 9 of 36 ? If window up button is pressed for ? 300ms, window mode will change to manual up. ? If window UP/DOWN button is pressed for < 300ms, window will stop moving. ? If RF Lock button is pressed (to arm the car or during arming), window up function will operate。 ? Note: The windows will go up in the following sequence:

LF window goes up first, 300-400ms later followed by RF window, than is the LR window, at last RR window. (An intermission time 300-400ms)

? When all windows reach the top, window up function will stop.

2.3.3 PROTECTION

Over-current Protection: ? The window motor can be deactivated when the power window motor current exceed the threshold current. This

feature is used for window and motor protection against over current.

Timeout Protection: When the windows reach the top or the bottom, the motor deactivated, like protection 1. ? This extra timeout protection will limit the maximum operation time of window to 8s.

2.4 CENTRAL LOCK/UNLOCK

? LF door lock/unlock SW controls the central door lock/unlock. Remote door lock only activated when KEY IN SW

is OFF.

? The actuation time for lock or unlock is 600 ? 50ms(to be decide). Protection: ? If Central door lock is continuously operated (Lock/Unlock) for more than 8 times within a period of 10s the central

door lock will be disabled for 15s. This is to protect the central door lock. During these 15s, the remote key lock will be invalidation. if in this 10s, the ninth activity is open, then we should be inhibitted it to avoid the people in the car cannot get out of the car.

Priority: ? Central Door Lock and Window function cannot operate at the same time. When such situation occurs, central door

lock will have first priority. Window function will disable during this time. Window relay will resume to its previous operation after central door lock finishes its operation.

? Central Door Lock and Start in function cannot operate at the same time. When such situation occurs, start in will

have first priority. Central lock function will disable during this time. Central lock relay will resume to its previous operation after start in finishes its operation.

? priority:(when door lock/unlock and windows up/down happen at the same time, then door

lock/unlock has high priority), when door is open, windows is on, if press the RF key lock, door lock will lock then unlock, in this process, the windows up/down should be inhibitted.

Manual Door Lock/Unlock Control:

? 4DOORS UNLOCK ON AND 4DOORS LOCK OFF when DOORS UNLOCK OR 4DOORS UNLOCK is activated.

2.5 AIRBAG FUNCTION

Airbag Function (T = 10ms):

Notice the meaning of some time parameters T W N P Q

T=10ms;W=400ms;N=200ms;P=600±50ms;Q=1s;T1=360ms;T2=15min(Dome light SW=CNTL);

? When Airbag unlock signal is received, Auto Door Unlock must activate 2 times regardless of the status that door

lock., the door will not opened automatically , At the same time the dome light turns on and keeps for 15 minute. And the turn lights keeps flashing for 15mins too.

? Lock SW input single is invalidation/ unlock function will be permitted. After IGN is off ，the dome light goes off

and flash stops and the central door lock comes back its function
