摘 要
目前,对激励理论的研究,已经形成内容型激励理论、过程型激励理论和矫正型激励理论等激励理论体系,对进一步改革华为公司的企业经营者激励机制问题具有重要意义。但是这些理论各有其局限性,不能够完全同华为公司的现实情况相吻合,所以华为公司有必要应用新型的经营者激励理论评价体系。在运用新评价体系的同时还应注意对经营者的精神激励的实施,并完善经营者的职业生涯,加强职业生涯地位的建设。这样,公司便能够很好地对经营者的激励进行有效的评价,从而科学的对华为的经营者进行有效的激励。

Abstract
At present ,the study of incentive theory, has formed the content motivation theories, process motivation theories and correct type incentive theory and incentive theory system, to further reform of Huawei enterprise operators incentive mechanism problem is of great significance. But these theories have their limitations, can not completely correspond to the reality of Huawei company, so the company using the new operator incentive theory evaluation system.In use at same time also should pay attention to the operators of the new evaluation system of the spiritual incentive,and improve operator’s career, to strengthen the construction of career status.The company can very well to effecitive evaluation of operator’s incentive, so as form the scientific system of incentive and constraint.
