摘 要

采用高效液相色谱法,用甲醇与水的混合溶液作为流动相,调节流动相的比例和流

速,根据出峰情况及相应保留时间的情况,从而得到测量的最佳条件,甲醇:水=85:15,用校正峰面积归一化法测定1-氨基蒽醌的含量,通过对重复性、线性、相对偏差及回收率的测定,对该测量方法进行验证,通过测量,该方法的重复性和线性都较好,精密度和回收率也较高。从而可以判定该方法简便、准确,是测定1-氨基蒽醌含量的一种好方法。

Abstract

Using high performance liquid chromatography, using methanol and water mixed solution as mobile phase, regulating the proportion of mobile phase and flow rate, according to a peak and the corresponding retention time, and thereby obtain the best conditions for measurements, methanol: water = 85 : 15, with the corrected peak area normalization method determination of 1 - amino-anthraquinone content, through the repeatability, linearity, relative deviation and recovery such as the determination of the measurement method to verify, by measuring, the method of have good repeatability and linearity, precision and recovery is also high. And thus can determine the method is simple, accurate, is to determine the 1 - amino-anthraquinone content in a good way.
