摘 要

积极发展投资银行业务,以实现商业银行业务和资本市场业务的相互对接,是我国商业银行为应对市场经济的挑战,培育核心竞争力,为推进经营结构调整而作出的一项战略性选择。对于我国目前尚处于探索阶段的商业银行投资银行业务,尽管开局不错,但仍有一些问题需要引起重视。介绍我国市场情况，通过借鉴国外的经验，详细地探讨了国内商业银行投资银行业务开展的必要性、可行性及其当前的业务状况和存在的业务范围受限制、专业人才缺乏、政策法规存在盲区、与传统业务的关联风险等问题，并提出了实行投资银行业务分级准入制、加强人力资源建设、完善内控体系与外部监控等相应的策略。从而做出了我国商业银行开展投资银行业务的现状和发展前景的预测。

Abstract

To develop investment banking business actively and to achieve connection between commercial banking and capital market operations is a strategic option which Chinese commercial banks choose in order to meet the challenges,and enhance their core competitiveness,and promote the structural adjustment of operating.Now for the commercial bank's investment banking business which is still at the exploratory stage,despite a good start,However,there are some problems that need to attract attention. This article introduces the domestic market potential, To learn from the experience abroad discusses in detail the necessity,the feasibility, and how about the business in the present studies. Meeting the main problems, such as: scope of activities are limited, lack of professionals, blind policy laws and regulations, the correlated risks of traditional business, etc. and the corresponding strategy,for example: making actions about a system of rating and admitting system to investment banking business, enhancing the establishment of human resource, completing the system of risk internal control and the external monitor mechanism, etc. So that making a study about current situation of the commercial bank’s investment banking business in china, and making a forecast on development trends.
