循环流化床锅炉污染物排放能力的研究
摘 要
能源利用中的化石燃料燃烧要排放出大量气体污染物,其中煤燃烧所产生的污染物占大多。我国能源消费以煤为主,燃煤产生的大气污染物占污染物排放总量的比例较大,其中二氧化硫占87%,氮氧化物占67%,一氧化碳占67%,烟尘占60%。循环流化床锅炉是一种清洁煤燃烧技术,其燃烧性,负荷调节性好,燃效率高,在燃烧过程中将煤燃烧所产生的污染物排放控制在很低的水平,所以具有良好的环保性能。现在,中国已有超过2000台各种容量的循环流化床锅炉在投入运行。但中国时实际情况是,真正采用正确的方法进行污染物排放控制的少之又少。很多工业用循环流化床锅炉在设计时就根本没有考虑要脱硫,脱氮及其飞灰的处理。因此本文将从循环流化床锅炉的脱硫,脱氮,以及飞灰处理方面的各项措施给以简单介绍。

capacity Abstract
Energy use in the combustion of fossil fuels to produce lots of gas pollutants, the pollutants produced by coal combustion accounts for most. China's coal~dominated energy consumption, air pollutants generated by coal accounts for a larger percentage of total emissions of pollutants, including sulfur dioxide, 87%, 67% of nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, 67%, 60% smoke. Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a clean coal combustion technology, its flammability, and good load regulation, high fuel efficiency, the combustion process will be generated by coal combustion emissions control in a very low level, and therefore have a good environmental performance. China now has more than 2,000 sets of various capacities of circulating fluidized bed boiler in operation. However, when the actual situation in China is really using the right method of minimal pollutant emission control. Many industrial circulating fluidized bed boiler has been designed with no consideration to desulfurization, denitrification and fly ash treatment.
This article from the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization, denitrification, and fly ash treatment give a brief introduction of the measures.

引 言
煤炭是我国的主要能源,近年来,我国一次能源消费结构中煤炭所占的比例一直保持在74%以上,煤炭燃烧造成的环境污染,已成为国际上十分关注的问题.循环流化床燃烧技术是近几十年来发展起来的一种高效、低污染清洁燃烧技术,在国内外得到了迅速发展和商业推广.
循环流化床燃烧技术是近几十年来发展起来的通过调整循环流化床燃烧过程中的燃烧工况,实现清洁燃烧以减少污染物的排放,是治理锅炉燃烧污染大气的最廉价有效的方法,也是适应目前环保的要求.由于燃烧工况的差异影响着SOx和NOx的生成与排放,因此,对煤燃烧SOx和NOx的生成以及灰渣处理的基础研究仍然是指导锅炉高效、低污染设计和实际运行操作的重要手段.
本论文以此介绍一种洁净燃烧技术~循环硫化床燃烧技术.本书共分四章,第一章简单介绍循环硫化床,脱硫脱氮技术和输灰系统；第二章是对循环流化床锅炉脱硫特性的研究；第三章循环硫化床锅炉脱氮特性的研究；第四章循环硫化床飞灰特性的研究.
