1. 编制说明
依据大庆石化公司炼油厂一套常减压装置基础设计,减压塔、常压塔工程图。施工现场环境条件及我公司现有机械能力,特编制本方案。 2.工程概况
大庆石化公司炼油厂650万吨/年一套常减压装置安全节能改造工程,在炼油厂老区装置区内,占地24000m2。
该装置新增塔类设备5台,其中最大的塔类设备减压塔T-201安装后顶部标高76.85m,重 1135t,呈现了设备高、重、大的特点。该装置由大庆石化工程公司设计,大庆石化工程质量监督站质量监督,大庆石化工程有公司监理,大庆石化建设公司施工总承包,大庆石化机械厂主体设备制造施工。 3. 编制依据

减压塔、常压塔在工厂下料预置切割滚成弧形板,运入现场围板,立置组对焊接成型,减压塔分6大段吊装,常压塔分成4个吊装段进行安装具体分段位置详见分段示意图。现场预制在暂设平台上进行。
现场预制需采用400t履带吊配合,两塔10段吊装采用400t履带吊完成。 其中减压塔下段立置组成吊装段时为倒装完成,正式安装时需采用400t履带吊主吊。250t吊配合翻个,第一次放平,再由400t履带吊主吊250t吊配合完成翻转,250t吊摘钩,400t履带吊主吊,转向,起钩,安装就位。
