1 总 则

1.0.1 为适应北京地区城市建设与信息网络向数字化、多业务化、智能化方向发展，搞好本地区民用建筑中固定通信、移动通信、有线广播电视等多业务信息网络建设，倡导资源共享，避免重复建设，满足用户对通信及有线广播电视业务的需求，保障用户的合法权益，特制订本规范。

1.0.2 本规范适用于北京地区新建、改建、扩建民用建筑通信及有线广播电视配套基础设施的设计。

1.0.3 民用建筑的通信及有线广播电视配套基础设施设计必须纳入建设项目的设计范围。必须满足多家电信业务经营者平等接入、用户可自由选择电信业务经营者的要求。

1.0.4 民用建筑通信及有线广播电视基础设施设计，除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合现行国家和行业标准、规范的有关规定。

2 术 语

2.0.1 居住建筑Residential building 提供人民日常居住生活使用的建筑物。 2.0.2 公共建筑Public buildings 提供人民进行各种公共活动的建筑。

2.0.3 低层低密度居住建筑群 The lower low - density residential buildings 单位地皮容积率在1.5以下或住宅间距远、楼层低、住户少的居住建筑群。 2.0.4 固定通信机房 Fixed Communication Room

用于安装通信设备、网络设施及配套设备并进行线缆交接的专用空间的专用房间。 2.0.5 移动通信基站机房 Mobile Communication Base Station Room

用于安装移动通信基站设备、室内覆盖系统设备、室外一体化基站设备的专用房间。 2.0.6 有线广播电视机房 CATV Base Station Room

用于安装有线广播电视信号传输、交互设备、网络设施及配套设备的专用房间。 2.0.7 固定通信设备间 Fixed Communication Equipment Room 建筑区内具备线缆引人、安装通信配线设备条件的房屋。 2.0.8 有线广播电视光电转换间 CATV Equipment Room 用于安装有线广播电视光端机及其配套设备、设施的专用房间。 2.0.9 信息管道 Information Pipeline

用于敷设通信及广播电视线缆的一种通道，由管道、人（手）孔和建筑物引入管等组成。

2.0.10 主干信息管道 Trunk Information Pipeline

建筑红线外城市主干信息管道至通信或有线广播电视机房的管道以及建筑红线内主干道路敷设的管道。

2.0.11 配线信息管道 Distribution Information Pipeline 主干信息管道井至各建筑物接入管道之间敷设的信息管道。 2.0.12 引入管 Service Pipe

由人（手）孔至建筑物内连接的信息管道。

2.0.13 楼道综合配线箱 Corridor Wire Distribution Cabinet 建筑物内用于线缆分线的箱体，配线箱为线缆分线设备。 2.0.14 有线广播电视放大箱 CATV Amplifier Cabinet

用于安装信号放大器、分支器、分配器的箱体以下简称“放大箱”。 2.0.15 出线盒 Outlet Box

用户线缆的终接部位，出线盒可安装面板和信息模块。 2.0.16 有线广播电视终端盒 CATV Terminal Outlet

有线广播电视终端盒是指用户电器（如电视机、收音机等）与有线广播电视系统连接的设备盒。
