摘 要
本文阐述了国际竞争力的涵义,分析了浙江纺织服装业的现状和形势,以波特“钻石模型”为基本分析框架,主要从生产要素条件、需求条件、相关及辅助产业的状况三个方面对浙江纺织服装业的竞争力进行定性分析,显示虽然状况有所上升,但是仍与发达国家水平有一定的距离;从国际市场占有率、产业贸易指数、显示性比较优势指数、出口增长优势指数四个方面对浙江纺织服装业的竞争力进行了定量分析显示其具有较强的国际竞争力,并较快地开拓了纺织品服装的国际市场。最后,本文总结了浙江省纺织服装业面临的挑战并提出了提升其竞争力的相应对策和措施。

ABSTRACT
This paper explains the meaning of the concept of international competitiveness, and analyses the status of textile and clothing industry in Zhejiang Province. The qualitative analysis of this paper is based on Porter's \model\and it emphasizes particularly and fairly systemic analysis of Zhejiang Province’s competitiveness is made. The discovery from the above study is although the condition is rising, there is still a cretin distance to developed countries. The quantitative analysis of this paper begins with four measuring methods of the international market share, industry trade index, revealed comparative advantage index and index of export growth advantage, which carried out to demonstrate its strong international competitiveness, and quickly opened up the international market for textile and clothing. Finally, this paper summed up the challenges of Zhejiang Province’s textile and clothing industry and put forwards the policies and measures to enhance its competitiveness.
