As a new efficient processing technique, abrasive belt grinding has the non-comparative(unrivaled) advantages that other techniques don’t have and has been widely used in many industry(ies) fields. In china, abrasive belt grinding machine is already used now.(although abrasive belt grinder has been widely used in China for years,) there are some disadvantages that are the(such as) low productivity of abrasive belt grinding machine and the short life of the abrasive belt in China, and our country seriously lacks data in abrasive belt grinding technique parameter,(In addition, there is little performance data and related information available) so researching the performance of the abrasive belt grinding process parameter and improving its efficiency is the topic to be solved in the near futur (So, the research on the abrasive belt grinding parameters and improving its efficiency are urgently needed to be solved in the popularization and application of this grinding process in China), The paper undertakes optimal design and experimental study on the process parameter of the abrasive belt grinding.

本文以河南新乡新机集团的2M5815型平面砂带磨床为研究对象,采用优化设计方法对其工艺参数进行了分析研究,建立了以单位时间金属切除率为最大目标的优化设计数学模型。通过内点罚函数法对优化模型的求解,获得了该磨床的最优工艺参数。优化结果表明,该优化参数可使磨削加工生产率提高约20%,显示了砂带磨削工艺参数优化设计的显著效果。同时,本文还完成了优化验证实验。

The paper takes flat abrasive belt grinding machine(grinder) of the (produced by)Henan Xinji Group as (the)study object and analyzes its process parameter by optimal design method. It establishes the mathematical model maximized by unit time metal removal rate and chooses function as optimizing method and uses C language to make up the main program and subprogram(to establish the mathematical model taking the maximal material removal rate as the optimization objective (object 对象,objective 目标)). By(Through) optimization calculation, it gets the flat abrasive belt grinding machine optimizing process parameter and conducts the experiment of the parameter. The optimal result shown(it shows ) that the optimal parameter promote the productivity of abrasive belt grinding machine to up 20%, and shown the optimal design of abrasive belt grinding process parameter have remarkable result(the grinding parameters could raise the productivity by 20% and the optimal results have been verified by experiments). At the same time, this paper complete the optimal verify experiment.

2M5815型平面砂带磨床是新机集团正在研制的一种新型磨床,为了获取砂带磨床的性能数据,本文在该磨床上进行了45#钢、HT200及铝合金等三种材料工件的工艺参数磨削实验研究,取得了磨削方式比较、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及切削量等方面的砂带磨床的磨削性能数据。这些数据的取得,不仅为新机集团2M5815型平面砂带磨床的性能及改进设计获得了宝贵资料,而且通过这些数据,可以很好地确定在砂带磨削时的基本要素。

2M5815 type flat abrasive belt grinding machine is a (new)type of the abrasive belt grinding machine(er). The paper(thesis) undertakes experimental study on the process parameters of three material workpieces, which are steel 45, HT200 and aluminum alloy, with 2M5815 type flat abrasive belt grinding machine(has conducted experimental study

on the grinding process parameters of 45# steel, HT200 grey cast iron and Al alloy using 2M5815 grinding machine.) And we achieve performance data of the abrasive belt grinding machine in many aspects, such as compare of grinding method, accuracy to size, surface roughness, cutting output, and so on. With the data, we can identify the basic elements during the grinding process.

最后,本文还进行了砂带磨削与其它加工方法效能间的比较研究,分别从磨削生产率、机床效率、磨削成本与经济效益、工件磨削时的表面温度及表面粗糙度等四个方面进行了研究与比较,并通过所得的实验数据论证了在生产中采用砂带磨削工艺的优越性。

Finally, the paper undertakes the compare of efficiency through four facets on the abrasive belt grinding and other ways. the four facets are the grinding productivity, machine efficiency, grinding cost and economic efficiency, the surface temperature and roughness of the grinded workpiece.(the thesis makes a comparison of belt grinding process with other machining processes from grinding productivity, machine tool efficiency, grinding cost and economic benefits, workpiece surface temperature and roughness )And the paper demonstrates the superiority of abrasive belt grinding process in the manufacture with experimental data.

砂带磨削工艺参数的优化设计是提高砂带磨削效能和磨削生产率的重要技术措施。本文所完成的砂带磨削工艺参数的磨削实验研究为2M5815型砂带磨床的开发取得了宝贵资料。上述优化设计和实验研究的成果对提高砂带磨床的性能具有重要的技术意义。

According to hydrodynamics theory, the vortexs are benefit for (beneficial to) energy dissipation. It is known from the basic theory of fluid mechanics and hydrodynamics that

vortexes are beneficial (advantageous, favorable )to energy dissipation. However, through quantitative analysis on the forming of vortex, it is discovered that in the center of vortex, the flow speed of water is approximate to zero and in the nearby region, the flow speed is also very low. So, a stagnation zone is formed, which is obviously not beneficial to the free passage of channels(流道通畅). Because the medium inside the micro-channel is not merely the water, there are also some small solid grains evaded from the filter screen(漏网的) and insoluble granulated fertilizer as well as some salt crystals. When these particles move to this stagnantion zone, they are apt to( be apt to….有….倾向) deposit, leading to the clogging of emitters.

Abstract: Most high-speed rotating machineries operate at a speed higher than their first critical speeds. Since there are two different modal shapes existing in rotors before and after(under and over )that speed, most currently used balancing techniques for rotors require two steps to fulfill the balancing purpose. Firstly, a traditional low-speed rigid balancing is performed, and secondly, a high-speed balancing procedure is carried out. This high-speed balancing procedure is very complicated and dangerous, it needs a large number of test runs and causes corresponding wastages as well. This paper develops a novel balancing method, called Low-Speed Holo-Balancing (LSHB), which can balance a flexible rotor without test runs at high speeds. The principle of LSHB is mainly based on the holospectrum technique, which will be illuminated in detail at the end of this paper. Instead of using information from a single sensor, through a multi-sensor fusion(?)a three-dimensional holospectrum is constructed to describe the vibration response of a rotor vividly and accurately. LSHB can easily balance the flexible rotors at lower speeds than the first critical speed, according to the decomposition results of holospectrum.
