AGV装配线系统

在AGV运行路线的充电位置上安装有地面充电连接器,在AGV车底部装有与之配套的充电连接器,AGV运行到充电位置后,AGV充电连接器与地面充电接器的充电滑触板连接,最大充电电流可达到200安以上。

There’s a ground charge linker installed on the charge position of AGV running path and a charge linker on AGV bottom matching with it. When AGV moves to the charge position, its charge linker connects with the charge slide pad of the ground charge linker. The maximum charge electrical current can reach above 200 amperes. 10.5无线局域网通讯系统 Wireless LAN Communication System

AGV控制台与AGV间采用无线通讯方式,控制台和AGV构成无线局域网。控制台依靠无线局域网向AGV发出系统控制指令,任务调度指令,避碰调度指令。控制台同时可接收AGV发出的通讯信号。AGV依靠无线局域网向控制台报告各类指令的执行情况、AGV当前的位置、AGV当前的状态等。

Wireless communication is adopted between AGV console and AGV, which forms wireless LAN. The console sends system control order, task dispatch order and collision prevention and dispatch order to AGV through wireless LAN and at the same time receives communication signals given by AGV. AGV then reports implementation of various orders, AGV current position and state, etc, to the console through wireless LAN.

多频点跳频数字通讯,系统具有60多个频点可选,通讯速度高、抗干扰性好,且通讯电台支持多主无缝方式漫游,在较大的应用空间内有非常好的区域扩展能力。

Wireless LAN uses industrial professional communication transmitter-receiver. Multi-frequency point and frequency hopping digital communication is adopted between vehicle transmitter-receiver and system communication connection point. The system has over 60 frequency point to choose. The communication speed is high with good performance in anti-jamming. Besides, the communication transmitter-receiver supports multi-host seamless roaming, which has good area extension performance in wider application space.

AGV drive controller adopts American products, manufactured by professional company. The driver can be different type according to

the power of the drive motor. Meanwhile, the input voltage of the driver has wide scope to adapt to the application of power supply system. The product is easy to connect and install and convenient to debug.

10.7非接触防碰装置Non-contact Bumper Device

在AGV前后除了安装接触式防碰装置外,还安装有非接触防碰装置。非接触防碰装置是由一对长距离宽区域光电传感器及防护装置组成,该传感器为进口器件,可通过其正面的灵敏度调节器进行灵敏度调节,还可使用开关选择合适AGV行驶路线路况的检测领域。该传感器具有自动防干扰功能,但对颜色敏感。

Besides contact bumper device, there is a non-contact bumper device installed in the front and back side of AGV. The non-contact bumper device is composed of a pair of photoelectric sensor with long distance and wide reach and guard devices. The sensor is an imported parts and its sensitivity can be regulated through the adjuster in its front side. Switch can be used to choose the testing area suitable for AGV running path and condition. The sensor has the function of automatic interference prevention but is sensitive to colors.

11. AGV安全系统AGV Safety System

为确保AGV在运行过程中的自身安全、人员安全及各类设备的安全,AGV将采取多级安全措施。在不同的状况下,各种安全措施将会起作用。

To ensure its safety, personnel safety and the safety of all kinds of equipments during its running course, AGV will adopt multi levels of safety precautions. In different situation, all kinds of safety precautions will work. 11.1非接触防碰装置Non-contact Bumper Device

在AGV前后安装有非接触防碰装置,当AGV运行前方有障碍物时,当探测到有操作人员或障碍物后,AGV将减速并停止运行。停止位置可以通过传感器面板调节。在此状态下,AGV将发出声、光警示,提醒现场人员离开或将障碍物移开,当人员或障碍物移开后,AGV发出重新启动的警告声后重新开始运行。障碍探测有效距离最大3000毫米,

will give sound alarm and light flashing for caution, warning people to leave or remove the obstacle. Then, AGV will restart running after its warning sound for startup. Maximum effective distance of obstacle detection is 3000mm. 11.2接触式防碰装置 Contact Bumper Device

在AGV的前后设有防撞保险杠,左右设有防撞保险带,这些部位当与人员或障碍物相碰后,内部微动开关在受到一定的压力后AGV将报警,并控制AGV停止运动。只有人工在AGV操作屏幕上恢复AGV运行。

There will be a bumper for collision prevention in the front of AGV and a safety belt for collision prevention at the two sides of AGV. When these positions collide with people or obstacle, internal switch will alarm with certain pressure and control AGV to stop running. Only after manual operation on its screen can AGV restore to move. 11.3离线保护系统 Offline Guarding System

AGV安装离线保护系统,一旦发生导引信号故障或导引传感器故障,AGV将立即停车。发生故障的AGV可以使用手控操作器操纵AGV离开工作区到安全位置。AGV安装醒目的闪光信号和足够响度的声音信号,以提醒周围的操作人员注意。

AGV has been installed an offline guarding system. When malfunctions of guided signal or guided sensor happens, AGV will stop immediately. AGV with malfunctions can be controlled through manual manipulator to leave the working area for safety position. AGV is also equipped with striking flash signals and sound signal of sufficient loudness to make notice to operators around. 11.4信息交互系统 Information Exchange System

AGV控制台留有与主线输送链系统接口,实现AGV系统与主线输送链系统运行互锁。

AGV console has an interface with the main line transportation chain to realize interlock running of AGV system and main line transportation chain system.

AGV系统能与主线输送链和其他车间系统(Andon等)交流和反映。AGV控制台将系统运行的故障信息等及时上报总控室。
